Resumo
O presente relatório tem como objetivo concretizar o balanço, reflexão e discussão
das opções pedagógicas realizadas durante o estágio pedagógico.
Na área da Lecionação, foram destacados os progressos pela grande maioria dos
alunos nas três áreas de aprendizagem de Educação Física, garantindo que estes alcançassem
o sucesso na disciplina e nos objetivos pretendidos. A realização do projeto “Será que a
duração da aula influencia as formas de organização e a intensidade das aulas de
Educação Física?” permitiu refletir sobre a relação entre a importância da organização da
aula, a intensidade de aula experienciada pelos alunos em função da duração da aula, entre os
diferentes professores do grupo.
Na área da Direção de turma, através do acompanhamento e apoio à diretora de
turma, foi permitido uma melhor compreensão sobre a necessidades de intervenção, na
articulação entre os alunos, os pais e encarregados de educação e os professores do Conselho
de Turma. Com o projeto “Promoção da Educação Ambiental e Desenvolvimento
Sustentável através das Atividades de Exploração da Natureza” permitiu a proporção da
prática e das aprendizagens iniciais nas matérias de escalada e rapel.
No Desporto Escolar, ao ficar responsável pelo grupo-equipa de voleibol, foi
possível verificar um progresso gradual e bastante significativo nas aprendizagens pretendidas
pela grande parte dos alunos. O projeto “A influência do nível de jogo sobre a relação entre
eficiência na manchete e a eficácia da receção do serviço” ao analisar a relação entre a
realização da habilidade técnica com a obtenção de sucesso durante o jogo, em grupos de
nível distintos, permitiu melhor identificar especificamente as dificuldades de execução
técnica que comprometiam a eficácia da receção ao serviço, e acompanhar o progresso dos
alunos nestes aspetos ao longo do ano.
No Seminário, o projeto teve como tema “Propostas de Desenvolvimento para a
Área das Atividades Físicas” com o objetivo de averiguar a pertinência de tornar certas
ações, critérios de avaliação e objetivos de aprendizagem mais operacionais, de forma a
promover a harmonização das avaliações entre os professores garantindo a igualdade e
equidade pedagógica. O projeto promoveu o trabalho coletivo dos professores de forma a
aferir, em grupo, a utilidade das diferentes propostas apresentadas e eventualmente integradas

The purpose of this report is to summarize, reflect on, and discuss the pedagogical options made throughout the pedagogical internship.. In the area of Teaching, the progress made by the vast majority of students in the three learning areas of Physical Education was highlighted, ensuring that they achieved success in the subject and the intended objectives. The project "Does the duration of the lesson influence the ways of organizing and the intensity of the lessons of Physical Education?" allowed us to reflect on the relationship between the importance of the lesson organization and the intensity of the lesson experienced by the students according to the lesson duration, among the different teachers of the group. In the area of Class Direction, through monitoring and support the class director, a better understanding was allowed about the needs of intervention, in the articulation between students, parents and guardians and teachers of the Class Council. With the project "Promotion of Environmental Education and Sustainable Development through Nature Exploration Activities" allowed the proportion of practice and initial learning in climbing and rappelling. In School Sports, by being responsible for the volleyball team, it was possible to verify a gradual and quite significant progress in the learning processes intended by most of the students. The project "The influence of the level of play on the relationship between hitting efficiency and the effectiveness of service reception", by analyzing the relationship between the performance of technical skill and success during the game, in groups of different levels, allowed to better identify specifically the difficulties of technical execution that compromised the effectiveness of service reception, and monitor the progress of students in these aspects. In the Seminar, the project had as its theme "Development Proposals for the Area of Physical Activities" with the objective of investigating the relevance of making certain actions, evaluation criteria, and learning objectives more operational, in order to promote the harmonization of evaluations among teachers, ensuring pedagogical equality and equity. The project promoted the collective work of teachers in order to assess, as a group, the usefulness of the different proposals presented and eventually integrated in the Curricular Project.
