Resumo
Esta dissertação pretende estudar o "preço da Felicidade no Neopentecostalismo Português".
Quando se fala de felicidade no contexto das instituições religiosas neopentecostais, qual o
preço que os seus fiéis têm de pagar? Sendo um grupo que tem como uma das suas principais
doutrinas a chamada Teologia da Prosperidade ou Evangelho da Prosperidade, pretende-se
estudar o custo pessoal dos que frequentam essas igrejas sejam eles sociais, emocionais ou
económicos. Pretende-se igualmente verificar o que propõem estas instituições religiosas aos
seus fiéis como fatores indispensáveis para o usufruto de um estado de felicidade plenamente
satisfatório.
This dissertation intends to study the "Cost of Happiness in Portuguese Neo- Pentecostalism". Speaking on happiness in the context of Neo-Pentecostal religious institutions, what is the price that their faithful have to pay? Being one of the main doctrines of this religious group the so-called Prosperity Theology or Prosperity Gospel, this dissertation intends to study the personal cost of those who attend these churches, namely social, emotional or economic. It is also intended to verify what these religious institutions propose to their faithful as indispensable factors for reaching a fully satisfactory state of happiness.
