Resumo
O relatório abrange os planos, métodos, balanços e decisões com base científica. Dentro da área de Lecionação é importante realçar o desenvolvimento dos alunos nas diversas matérias, incluindo as suas prioridades. O projeto dessa área contribuiu para o progresso da turma visto que surgiram melhorias nos testes de Aptidão Física. Relativamente ao meu cargo, ainda se manifestaram avanços após realização do Professor a Tempo Inteiro relacionados com as metas, “feedback” e gestão de aula. Na Direção de Turma, as intervenções aumentaram gradualmente, tanto em reuniões com pais como Conselho de Turma. O projeto da análise documental foi um grande auxílio para acompanhar a aluna que apresentava esse diagnóstico. Também foi realizada a Saída de Campo, que envolveu Jogos Tradicionais e promoveu a interdisciplinaridade entre diversas disciplinas e atividades cooperativas. No Desporto Escolar, foram superados vários desafios, como o recrutamento de alunos. Contudo o progresso da equipa foi visível na competição e nos torneios. O projeto desta área ofereceu ferramentas sólidas para a realização de torneios escolares, o que foi bastante benéfico. Concluindo, no Seminário, o foco no TPC em Educação Física, promoveu diferentes pontos de vista e novas propostas de forma a que esta prática se torne útil e recorrente. The report covers scientifically based plans, methods, balances and decisions. Within the Teaching area, it is important to highlight the development of students in the various subjects, including their priorities. The project in this area contributed to the class's progress as improvements emerged in the Physical Aptitude tests. Regarding my position, progress was still made after becoming a Full-Time Teacher related to goals, feedback and class management. In the Class Management, interventions gradually increased, both in meetings with parents and Class Council. The document analysis project was a great help in monitoring the student who presented this diagnosis. The Field Trip was also held, which involved Traditional Games and promoted interdisciplinarity between different disciplines and cooperative activities. In School Sports, several challenges were overcome, such as student recruitment. However, the team's progress was visible in the competition and tournaments. The project in this area offered solid tools for holding school tournaments, which was very beneficial. In conclusion, in the Seminar, the focus on TPC in Physical Education promoted different points of view and new proposals so that this practice becomes useful and recurrent.
