dc.description.abstractA WebQuest é uma estratégia docente que consiste em um conjunto de orientações para a pesquisa de modo que os alunos obtenham um percentual de informações ou todas as informações de necessitam a partir dos recursos da Word Wide Web. A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar de que maneira a estratégia metodológica WebQuest possibilita um melhor resultado de aprendizagem face ao ensino tradicional. Nesse contexto, fez-se uma investigação para avaliar o impacto dessa metodologia na aprendizagem, construindo-se e validando-se uma WebQuest sobre o tema “As Classes Sociais: origem e desenvolvimento” que foi trabalhado na disciplina de Filosofia com os alunos do 9.º ano de uma escola pública federal, na cidade de São Luís-MA (Brasil). A pesquisa experimental ocorreu em duas turmas do ensino fundamental (turma controle e experimental). Para a coleta de dados foram aplicados dois questionários, sendo o primeiro referente à caracterização do grupo alvo da pesquisa e o segundo sobre a experiência com a metodologia WebQuest e sobre os conhecimentos adquiridos. Foi realizada uma entrevista à professora titular da disciplina de Filosofia das turmas A (uso da WebQuest) e B (ensino tradicional). Os resultados permitiram verificar que a metodologia WebQuest é um recurso metodológico importante no processo do ensino aprendizagem pois, possibilita ao aluno utilizar recursos tecnológicos para aprender e pesquisar sobre Filosofia de forma mais dinâmica, significativa e ao seu ritmo de aprendizagempt
dc.description.abstractWebQuest is a research-oriented activity in which some, or all, of the information the students need comes from Word Wide Web resources. The research aims to investigate how the WebQuest methodological strategy enables a better learning outcome in the face of the traditional class. In this context, an investigation was carried out to assess the impact of this methodology on learning, building and validating a WebQuest on the theme “The Social Classes: origin and development” that was worked on in the Philosophy discipline, with students from 9th year of a federal public school, in the city of São Luís-MA (Brazil). The experimental research took place in two classes of elementary school (control and experimental class). For data collection, two questionnaires were applied, the first referring to the characterization of the target group of the research and the second about the experience with the WebQuest methodology and the knowledge acquired. An interview was held with the professor of Philosophy in classes A (using WebQuest) and B (traditional teaching). The results allowed us to verify that the WebQuest methodology is an important methodological resource in the teaching-learning process because it allows the student to use technological resources to learn and research about Philosophy in a more dynamic, meaningful way and at theiren
