Resumo
Diante das modificações que vêm ocorrendo no mundo
contemporâneo, as portas das
empresas estão se abrindo para novos profissionais,
entre eles, o Pedagogo.
Considerando-se a empresa como uma associação de pe
ssoas em torno de uma atividade
com objetivos específicos, cabe à pedagogia a busca
de estratégias e metodologias que
garantam uma melhor aprendizagem, apropriação de in
formações e conhecimentos,
tendo sempre como pano de fundo a realização de ide
ais e objetivos precisamente
definidos; através de mudanças no comportamento das
pessoas de modo que estas
melhorem tanto a qualidade do seu desempenho profis
sional quanto pessoal. Nessa
dimensão, a Pedagogia Empresarial tem se constituíd
o, pois, numa das áreas de trabalho
do Pedagogo. Assim, o presente estudo teve como pri
ncipal objetivo analisar a prática
da atuação do Pedagogo nas organizações na cidade d
e Aracaju/SE, explicitando sua
ascensão e respectivas atuações, objetivando reflex
ão, possíveis discussões e
contribuições para com o tema proposto, realizadas
através de instrumentos
bibliográficos e de pesquisa de campo com entrevist
as. Em suma, este estudo teve o
propósito de entender outro campo de atuação do Ped
agogo, não menos importante que
a escola, com o intuito de contextualizá-lo dentro
das organizações, buscando
informações sobre como o mesmo pode utilizar o seu
conhecimento fora do âmbito
escolar.
Given the changes taking place in the contemporary world, the doors of companies are opening up to new professionals, among them, the pe dagogue. Considering the company as an association of people around an activ ity with specific goals, it is the pedagogy of the search strategies and methodologies which ensure best learning, ownership of information and knowledge, having as b ackground the realization of ideals and precisely defined objectives; through ch anges in people's behavior so that these improve both the quality of their professiona l and personal lives. In this dimension, the Company has constituted Pedagogy, th erefore, one of the areas of work of the pedagogue. Thus, the present study aimed to analyze the role of pedagogue practice in organizations in the city of Aracaju / SE, explaining its rise and their performances, aiming reflection, discussion and pos sible contributions to the theme, performed by bibliographic tools and field research with interviews. In summary, this study aimed to understand another field for Educato r, not least that the school, in order to contextualize it within organizations, seeking i nformation on how it can use its knowledge outside the school.
