Resumo
O presente relatório apresenta os balanços e reflexões sobre todos os aspectos que fizeram
parte do meu Estágio Pedagógico, onde todas decisões tiveram em conta o compromisso
com as aprendizagens dos alunos.
Na Lecionação, os alunos alcançaram resultados positivos nas suas aprendizagens
prioritárias, para as quais o projecto “Melhoria do desempenho dos alunos na ginástica
com a utilização de vídeo e apoios gráficos”, graças à utilização dos recursos
tecnológicos que possibilitaram um maior empenho dos alunos nas aulas, contribuindo
positivamente para a motivação dos alunos nas aulas de ginástica. Durante a semana de
Professor a Tempo Inteiro, dediquei-me a melhorar minhas habilidades e competências,
especialmente em relação à instrução e gestão das aulas.
Na Direção de Turma, o projeto "Multidisciplinaridade, Educação Física e Economia:
Saúde, Bem-Estar e Consumo", teve um impacto positivo nas aprendizagens,
comportamento e no empenho dos alunos, resultando num maior envolvimento dos
alunos durante as aulas de Economia e Educação Física. A utilização da Saída de Campo
como estratégia educativa permitiu que os alunos não apenas demonstrassem as
aprendizagens adquiridas nas aulas, mas também fomentou uma relação mais positiva
entre os alunos, professores e encarregados de educação, resultando em um
fortalecimento das relações dentro da comunidade educativa. No Desporto Escolar, optei
pelo núcleo do atletismo, onde o programa "Kids Athletics" contribui positivamente para
avanços significativos nas aprendizagens dos alunos em diferentes modalidades. Com
ajuda do projeto “Promover a continuidade dos alunos no núcleo do Atletismo” apoiado
na utilização de tecnologias, possibilitou aumentar a motivação e a assiduidade dos alunos
nos treinos.
No Seminário, aprofundei o tema “ Garantir a frequência e regularidade do ensino da
Ginástica”, analisando as barreiras que limitavam a frequência do ensino da matéria na
escola. A construção de um manual de apoio às aulas nos campos exteriores e os dados
apresentados, contribuíram positivamente para o planeamento e distribuição das aulas
para o ano letivo seguinte, tendo para além disso, promovido um impacto positivo no
compromisso dos professores do grupo em assegurar uma maior regularidade do ensino
da ginástica.

This report presents the balance sheets and reflections on all the aspects that were part of my Pedagogical Internship, where all decisions took into account the commitment to the students' learning. In teaching, the students achieved positive results in their priority learning areas, for which the project "Improving students' performance in gymnastics with the use of video and graphic aids", thanks to the use of technological resources that enabled the students to be more committed in class, contributed positively to their motivation in gymnastics classes. During my week as a full-time teacher, I dedicated myself to improving my skills and competencies, especially in relation to teaching and class management. In Class Management, the project "Multidisciplinarity, Physical Education and Economics: Health, Well-being and Consumption" had a positive impact on students' learning, behavior and commitment, resulting in greater student involvement during Economics and Physical Education lessons. Using the Field Trip as an educational strategy allowed students not only to demonstrate the learning they had acquired in class, but also fostered a more positive relationship between students, teachers and parents, resulting in a strengthening of relations within the educational community. In School Sports, I opted for the athletics nucleus, where the "Kids Athletics" program contributes positively to significant advances in the students' learning in different disciplines. With the help of the project "Promoting student continuity in the athletics center", supported by the use of technology, I was able to increase student motivation and attendance at training sessions. At the seminar, I explored the topic of "Ensuring the frequency and regularity of gymnastics teaching", analyzing the barriers that limited the frequency of gymnastics teaching at school. The construction of a manual to support classes on the outdoor fields and the data presented contributed positively to the planning and distribution of classes for the following school year, and also had a positive impact on the commitment of the group's teachers to ensuring greater regularity in gymnastics teaching.
