The structuring of the training process assumes as a determining factor in the preparation of a Football team. Particularly in the context of Football Training, the adopted Training Methodology stands out as a capital factor, since the objective is to develop the young's ability to become competent in the game. This report comes as part of the professional internship integrated in the Masters in Sports Training with specialization in High Performance taught by the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of the University Lusófona of Humanities and Technologies of Lisbon. Being in context in the soccer training, the stage was realized in the equipment of Juniors C (U-14) of the School Academy Sporting-Sintra (EAS-Sintra) that disputed the District Junior Championship C II Division organized by the Lisbon Football Association (AFL) in the 2017/2018 sports season. This report describes all the activity carried out during the present period, the game model adopted, the teaching methodology, the objectives intended for the team and players, the methods and means used in the training process, the existing planning and the evaluation carried out as stipulated between the EAS and its technical team. One last part was destined to a work whose subject matter would be the Master's choice, aiming at a concrete problem that he would encounter in the course of his internship. The vocational internship is, in fact, a valuable asset in terms of apprenticeship, promoter of various acquisitions and capable of conferring a development of professional and personal skills, constituting an excellent starting point for a career that is long wait and full of success.
