Análise reflexiva da importância da educação infantil : estrutura básica para as aprendizagens formais no município de Bom Lugar - MA

A presente dissertação apresenta uma reflexão acerca da importância da Educação Infantil de qualidade para o desenvolvimento do ser humano em todas as dimensões biossocioculturais. Perfilou como objetivo analisar a primeira etapa da Educação Básica no Município de Bom Lugar/MA, no que se refere à estrutura de preparação para a aprendizagem formal. Nessa toada, destacam-se os seguintes aspectos: profissional, espaço físico, recursos e metodologia. A pesquisa empírica, com âncora na abordagem qualitativa e com método descritivo, documental e interpretativo, envolveu 02 (dois) gestores e 20 (vinte) professores de duas instituições escolares que oferecem Educação Infantil no Município de Bom Lugar/MA. Para a coleta de dados realizou-se a observação e aplicou-se uma entrevista semiestruturada, assim como foram utilizados documentos oficiais legislativos, em nível escolar, Projeto Político Pedagógico-PPP, Resolução do Conselho Municipal de Educação - RCME, em nível nacional, Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educação Infantil - DCNEI e Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional – LDBEN. Os subsídios teóricos para tal discussão foram auferidos pelas informações trazidas por pesquisadores da área que contribuíram na confecção desta pesquisa, são eles: Vygotsky (1896 - 1934), Piaget (1896 - 1980), Wallon (1879-1962), Santos (2006) Kramer (2000), Oliveira (2002), entre outros, enfático na ampliação da educação de qualidade da Educação Infantil. Os dados obtidos deixam patente a insuficiência no que toca a momentos específicos atinentes na qualidade da Educação ofertada e assim necessitando de melhoria em todos os itens analisados.
The present dissertation presents a reflection on the importance of quality Infant Education for the development of the human being in all biossociocultural dimensions. Profile as objective-analyze and first stage of Basic Education in the Municipality of Bom Lugar / MA, not if they report structure for formal learning. In this toada we highlight the following: professional, physical space, resources and methodology. The empirical research with anchor in the qualitative approach and with a descriptive, documentary and interpretative method involved 02 managers and 20 teachers from two school institutions that host Early Childhood Education without Municipality of MA. For a data collection, make an observation and apply a semi-structured interview, as well as documents, at school level, Political Educational Project-PPP, Resolution of the Municipal Council of Education - RCME, in national, National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education - DCNEI and the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education - LDBEN. The historical concepts for discussion were obtained by the information brought by researchers of the area who contributed to the research, namely: Vygotsky (1896-1934), Piaget (1896-1980), Wallon (1879-1962), Santos (2006) Kramer (2000), Oliveira (2002), among others, emphatic in the expansion of Early Childhood Education. The data obtained shows an insufficiency is not a touch to specific moments in the quality of Education to provide services in all items analyzed.
