A pesquisa tem por tema “Concepção de alunos sobre as competências pedagógicas de professores do PROEJA”. Como objetivo geral: Refletir à adequação da metodologia e estratégias de ensino, usadas em sala de aula, pelos professores, do Curso de Refrigeração e Climatização do IFCE - Campus-Fortaleza-Ce-Brasil. Como objetivos específicos: Identificar os referenciais de boas práticas dos professores, em sala de aula; Analisar quanto as metodologias utilizadas em sala de aula e averiguar se os professores usam novas adoções de práticas pedagógicas. O trabalho se conduz numa pesquisa descritiva, qualitativa, procurando respostas para o seguinte problema: Como os alunos percebem as estratégias e metodologias que os professores utilizam em sala de aula? Para a coleta dos dados, foi aplicada uma entrevista semiestruturada, com uma amostragem simples e sistemática. Foram elaborados os indicadores: Conhecimento, habilidade e atitude e pressupostos da andragogia, que serviram de referencial para o roteiro da entrevista. Averiguamos, na percepção dos alunos, que a maioria dos professores, do curso, apresentam o conhecimento, a habilidade e a atitude, atendendo as práticas propostas pelos referenciais teóricos, que delinearam as competências e serviram de base ao estudo.
The research has for theme "Conception of students about the PROEJA teachers’ pedagogical skills of ". As a general objective: To reflect on the adequacy of the methodology and teaching strategies used by teachers in the classroom in the IFCE - Campus-Fortaleza-Ce-Brasil Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Course. As specific objectives: To identify teachers' good practice references in the classroom; To analyze the methodologies used in the classroom and find out if teachers use new adoptions of pedagogical practices. The work is conducted in a descriptive, qualitative research, looking for answers to the following problem: How do the students perceive the strategies and methodologies that the teachers use in the classroom? For the data collection, a semi-structured interview was applied, with a simple and systematic sampling. The indicators were: Knowledge, ability and attitude and andragogy assumptions, which served as a reference for the interview script. We found in the students' perception that most of the teachers of the course show the knowledge, the ability and the attitude, atending the proposed practices by the theoretical references, which outlined the competences and served as a basis for the study.
