Resumo
Futebol, para além de um jogo desportivo colectivo complexo e incerto, constitui-se, dada a sua multiplicidade dimensional, como uma actividade humana, cuja base do seu desenvolvimento se fixa no Futebol de Formação. Foi no âmbito deste espectro, e assente numa determinada conjuntura de base, que se desenvolveu a actividade de estágio em estudo no grupo de trabalho dos Juvenis A do Juventude Sport Campinense, a qual é devidamente apresentada e explanada no presente relatório. Este, após a devida contextualização conjuntural e uma visão sobre a instituição de acolhimento, estabelece a definição de objectivos, funções e tarefas a desempenhar e a cumprir pelo treinador estagiário, a fim de apresentar uma caracterização do grupo de trabalho, bem como dos respectivos princípios que o modelam. Assente na missão de adaptação à conjuntura de base e de garantir um desenvolvimento positivo dos atletas que constituem o grupo de trabalho, segue-se a explanação, avaliação e análise da vertente processual e operacional da actividade, bem como um estudo observacional do tipo transversal, que permitiu verificar um desenvolvimento das dinâmicas de grupo e do respectivo estado de coesão ao longo da época desportiva, concluindo-se com a reflexão integral e respectivas inferências do treinador estagiário.

More than an uncertain and complex team game, and given its dimensional multiplicity, Football is also a human activity, whose development mainly resides on its youth scope, the Youth Football. Based on this scope and on a specific conjuncture, it was developed an internship activity in the Juventude Sport Campinense’s Juvenis A working group, which is presented and documented in this internship report. This report begins with a contextualization of the specific conjuncture where the internship activity is based on, following a characterization of the club, and the introduction of the objectives, functions, and tasks to be fulfilled and developed by the trainee coach, in order to present and describe the whole working group, and the principles that model it. Then, and considering the trainee coach mission of adapting to the conjuncture and working towards the positive development of the athletes, the report follows with the explanation, evaluation, and analysis of the procedural and operational aspect of the activity, as well as a cross-sectional study that made it possible to verify the development and evolution of group dynamics and group cohesion throughout the season, ending with a complete reflection and the respective conclusions.
