dc.description.abstractO investimento na investigação sobre o cyberbullying e a diversidade sexual e de género tem aumentado, mas no que diz respeito ao impacto que as representações tradicionais e binárias da sexualidade e do género – genderbullying -têm sobre as vítimas em contexto online, a evidência carece de sistematização. O objetivo deste trabalho é rever e sistematizar a literatura sobre os impactos da exposição do genderbullying e discurso de ódio entre pessoas não hétero-cis-normativas (LGBT). Procedeu-se a um levantamento sistemático da literatura científica entre janeiro de 2014 e dezembro de 2019 em duas bases de dados científicas e indexadas (PycInfo e Web of Science) com o objetivo de identificar estudos empíricos sobre as variáveis-alvo desta revisão. Dos 319 artigos triados inicialmente, dez cumpriram integralmente os critérios de inclusão definidos. Os resultados revelaram que indivíduos LGBT e que não se conformam com o género apresentam um risco mais elevado para problemas de saúde física e mental. Nesta revisão são discutidas as principais limitações e implicações para a prática e formação clínicas, destacando-se a necessidade de investir em programas preventivos que reduzam o estigma e a discriminação. dc.description.abstractThe investment in research on cyberbulling and sexual and gender diversity has increased but regarding the impact that traditional and binary representations of sexuality and gender – genderbullying – have upon the victims in an online context, the evidence lacks systematization. The purpose of this work is to review and systematize the literature on the impacts of the exposure of genderbullying and hate speech among non-hetero-cis-normative people (LGBT). A systematic survey of the scientific literature was carried out between January 2014 and December 2019 in two scientific and indexed databases (PycInfo and Web of Science) in order to identify empirical studies on the target variables of this review. Of the 319 articles initially screened, ten fully met the criteria on defined inclusion. The results revealed that LGBT individuals who don’t conform to gender are at higher risk for physical and mental health problems. This review discusses the main limitations and implications for clinical practice and training, highlighting the need to invest in preventive programs that reduce stigma and discrimination.
