Contribuições do pedagogo no fazer escolar : análise de professores e alunos do ensino médio em escolas da rede pública de Manaus - Amazonas/Brasil

A pesquisa versa sobre o cotidiano pedagógico nas escolas, buscando compreender como o
pedagogo atua e sua relação com as atividades planejadas e executadas. Foram analisados
dados provenientes de entrevistas e questionários com os atores da escola, para traçar a rotina
das tarefas exercidas pelo pedagogo, visando perceber se existe uma rotina de trabalho e, caso
exista, como ela é organizada. Houve comparativo entre a atuação dos pedagogos de duas
escolas da rede pública estadual do Amazonas, objetivando compreender se existe diferença
nos afazeres desdes. Para depreender a formação do profissional de Pedagogia, foi feito um
estudo acerca do Curso de Pedagogia no Brasil, da sua criação, até a realidade do curso no
âmbito da Universidade Federal do Amazonas. Alguns teóricos subsidiaram essa pesquisa,
como: Piletti (1998), Pimenta (1991, 2006), Morin (2011), Paro (2016), Libâneo (2001,
2010), Freire (1994, 2016), Demo (2011), Ferreira (2006), entre outros, todos fundamentais
para a percepção acerca do desempenho do pedagogo nas escolas. Embasada nessas teorias, a
pesquisa caminhou no sentido de encontrar uma rotina pedagógica que envolvesse as
necessidades da escola, em relação a esse profissional. A dissertação verificou, no ambiente
escolar, quais fatores administrativos e pedagógicos que propiciam uma melhor atuação do
pedagogo.
The research deals with the pedagogical daily life in schools, trying to understand how the pedagogue acts and their relation with the activities planned and executed. Data from interviews and questionnaires with the actors of the school were analyzed to trace the routine of the tasks performed by the pedagogue, in order to understand if there is a work routine and, if there is one, how it is organized. There was a comparison between the performance of the pedagogues of two schools of the state public network of Amazonas, aiming to understand if there is difference in the tasks of the. In order to understand the formation of the Pedagogy professional, a study was made about the Pedagogy Course in Brazil, from its creation, to the reality of the course within the scope of the Federal University of Amazonas. Some theorists have supported this research, such as: Piletti (1998), Pimenta (1991, 2006), Morin (2011), Paro (2016), Libanea (2001, 2010), Freire (1994, 2016), Demo (2006), among others, all fundamental to the perception about the performance of the pedagogue in schools. Based on these theories, the research went on to find a pedagogical routine that involved the needs of the school, in relation to this professional. The dissertation verified, in the school environment, what administrative and pedagogical factors that propitiate a better performance of the pedagogue.
