Resumo
Este documento apresenta e analisa criticamente todo o processo decorrido durante o
ano letivo como professor de Educação Física na Escola Secundária Pedro Alexandrino durante
o ano letivo 2019/2020. Todo o planeamento deste ano letivo teve como base o planeamento
por etapas, incidindo sobre as 4 áreas de intervenção, nomeadamente a Lecionação, Desporto
Escolar, Direção de Turma e Seminário.
No que se refere à Lecionação, a minha intervenção ocorreu com uma turma do 8º ano,
em foi possível trabalhar com os alunos de modo a que conseguisse resultados importantes, em
termos de atitudes e comportamentos e, também, de progressão das aprendizagens,
principalmente nos jogos desportivos coletivos e na aptidão física.
Na direção de turma, o nosso contributo mais específico foram as aulas de Projeto e
Atividades Multidisciplinares, cujos temas forma escolhidos com a diretora de turma, para
responder e ultrapassar dificuldades e problemas concretos dos alunos ao longo do ano.
No caso do Desporto Escolar intervim com alunos das diversas escolas do agrupamento,
sendo a maioria do ensino secundário. O meu grande objetivo foi planear e realizar treinos
motivantes para manter a participação de todos, visto que a maioria já iniciou nos níveis
elementar ou avançado, havendo alguns mais novos no nível introdução. Um resultado mais
evidente que importa destacar foi a aprendizagem dos novos alunos, que foram chegando
durante o ano, desenvolvendo a sua autoeficácia e o gosto pela modalidade, para que pudessem
dar continuidade aos treinos nos anos seguintes. Conseguimos assim manter a qualidade do
grupo equipa no que diz respeito ao desempenho, mas principalmente com o espírito de equipa
que foi sendo criado, desenvolvido e fomentado.
No seminário para o grupo de educação física, destacamos o estudo, análise e discussão
das vantagens das tecnologias de informação e comunicação nas aulas de educação física,
resultando daí especificações do uso das TIC como meio de demonstração, feedback ao aluno

This document presents and critically analyzes the whole process occurred during the school year as Physical Education’s teacher at Pedro Alexandrino High School during the school year 2019/2020. All the planning of this school year was based on planning by stages, focusing on the 4 areas of intervention, namely Teaching, School Sports, Class Direction and Seminar. With regard to Teaching, my intervention occurred with an 8th grade class in which it was possible to work with students in such a way as to achieve important results, in terms of attitudes and behaviors, and also in the progression of learning, especially in team sports and physical fitness. In class management, our most specific contribution was the Project classes and Multidisciplinary Activities, whose themes were chosen with the class director, to respond and overcome concrete difficulties and problems of the students throughout the year. In the case of School Sports, I worked with students from several schools of the grouping, most of them from high school. My main goal was to plan and carry out motivating training sessions to keep everyone involved, since most of them already started at elementary or advanced levels, with some of the younger ones at the introductory level. A more obvious result that should be highlighted was the learning of the new students, who arrived throughout the year, developing their self-efficacy and their taste for the sport so that they could continue the trainings in the following years. We were able to maintain the quality of the team group in terms of performance, but mainly with the team spirit that was created and fostered. In the seminar for the physical education group, we highlight the study, analysis and discussion of the advantages of information and communication technologies in physical education classes, resulting in specifications of the use of ICT as a means of demonstration, student feedback and evaluation.
