Capacidades motoras e a melhoria no badminton.
The teaching internship took place in a 12th grade science and technology class. In this report, it is possible to understand the importance of the four phases of teachingin the teaching-learning process, either by the need to know and formatively assess the students to help the teacher create a yearly plan that takes into account the current context, orby helping them to overcome the greater difficulties in the subjects that were considered a priority in the previous phase, with an appropriate pedagogical progression and taking into account the differentiation of teaching, or through continuity in the same subjects complemented by others and increasing their complexity, or through the final consolidation ofthese subjects and the compilation of representative results of learning development throughout the school year, taking advantage of interdisciplinarity. In each phase, different activities and projects were developed, focusing essentially on the students and the subject groups of physical education. In the classroom, the project enabled, through the subjective perception of effort allowed students to improve their physiological interpretation, making it easier to plan their own training schedules. In being a full-time teacher, I was able to really understand on the ground what it means to be a teacher, with so many classes, so many faces, so many names, so many differences, but also so manysimilarities, and I was also able to give my input to the teachers who made this possible. The use of physical education for inclusive work and cross-class integration is emphasised in the classroom management. As far as field trip activities are concerned, the themes in the area of nature exploration activities have been developed with the aim of complementing the curriculum, interdisciplinary and cross-class work and concern for conservation and respect for the environment. During the school sports project, improving physical fitness in the main motor skills ofstrength, endurance and agility in badminton proved to be very important for understanding the dynamics and quality of the game, as from the moment they were more physically prepared, they were also able to naturally meet the offensive and defensive demands of the game. During the seminar it became clear how important it is to emphasize the regularity of gymnastics instruction in physical education classes, and solutions were proposed for its feasibility in all school spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Keywords: Teaching in stages. Teaching differentiation. Subjective perception of effort. Integration and inclusion between classes. Motor skills and improvement in badminton. Regularity and attendance in the gymnastics subject area.
