Resumo
Este relatório procura apresentar as opções, reflexões e balanços tidos durante o estágio
pedagógico.
Na Lecionação, as estratégias e processos utilizados resultaram na progressão da
maioria dos alunos. A falta de Aptidão Aeróbia foi um problema encontrado e resultou daí a
escolha do projeto “O Desenvolvimento da Aptidão Aeróbia nas aulas de Educação Física”.
No projeto Professor a Tempo Inteiro, expandi a minha experiência ao lecionar a alunos mais
novos e tive a oportunidade de lecionar outras matérias. No projeto Professor a Tempo Inteiro
no Desporto Escolar, expandi o meu leque de feedback e o reportório de progressões
pedagógicas. No Direção de Turma o foco foi melhorar a relação interpessoal dos alunos. Daqui
resultou o projeto “Juntos na Orientação”. A Saída de Campo, desenvolvida sob o tema
“Jogos Olímpicos da Portela 2023”, foi o expoente máximo do estágio pedagógico e uma
oportunidade para os alunos aplicarem os conhecimentos desenvolvidos ao longo do ano letivo.
No Desporto Escolar aprofundei os meus conhecimentos no Futsal e no projeto “A
participação feminina no Futsal” procurei aumentar o número de alunas. No Seminário
procurei apresentar soluções que pudessem mitigar as questões relacionadas com a falta de “A
Aptidão Aeróbia nas Aulas de Educação Física”.

This report aims to present the options, reflections, and assessments made during the pedagogical internship. Regarding Teaching, the strategies and processes employed resulted in the progress of the majority of students. The lack of Aerobic Fitness was identified as a problem, leading to the choice of the project "Developing Aerobic Fitness in Physical Education Classes". Through the Full-Time Teacher project, I expanded my experience by teaching younger students and had the opportunity to teach other subjects. In the Full-Time Teacher project within Afterschool Sports, I broadened my range of feedback and repertoire of pedagogical progressions. As a Class Head-Teacher, the focus was on improving students' interpersonal relationships, which resulted in the project "Together in Orienteering". The Field Trip, developed under the theme "Portela 2023 Olympic Games", was the highlight of the pedagogical internship and provided an opportunity for students to apply the knowledge developed throughout the academic year. In Afterschool Sports, I deepened my knowledge of Futsal, and in the project "Promoting Female Participation in Futsal", I aimed to increase the number of female athlets. During the Seminar, I sought to present solutions that could mitigate the issues related to the lack of "Aerobic Fitness in Physical Education Classes".
