Políticas de assistência estudantil universitária : definições, limites e possibilidades na perspectiva de um atendimento de qualidade

Resumo
Com a finalidade de prover recursos necessários a estudantes universitários, a Assistência
Estudantil se faz necessário a fim de ajudar com recursos indispensáveis para transposição dos
obstáculos e superação dos impedimentos ao bom desempenho acadêmico. Devido haver dúvida
de alguns e na grande maioria falta de informação a algo que é lei, com base nisso vem a seguinte
indagação. Sobre o nível de conhecimento do estudante universitário sobre o que a IES a qual ele
está vinculado pode lhe oferecer como Assistência Estudantil? Desta forma, trouxe o tema a ser
abordado e conhecer a realidade vivenciada e as dificuldades enfrentadas pelos discentes, que
evidenciavam, em muitos desses contatos, um visível desconhecimento de seus direitos e,
sobretudo, de serviços e dispositivos voltados à AE ofertados pela IES. O objetivo geral é
analisar a percepção do estudante universitário de duas IES sobre a importância da Assistência
Estudantil, observando alguns tópicos necessários tais como: Classe econômica, desafios/fatores
durante o curso e etc. Em termos metodológicos, esta pesquisa busca definir seu objeto a partir
de critérios claros de validade científica, a pesquisa é exploratória, descritiva com uma
abordagem quanti-qualitativa, quanto aos procedimentos de uma pesquisa de campo. Essa
abordagem pode ser solucionada com divulgações pelas próprias instituições, sendo necessário
criar banco de dados específicos para este programa, já que as instituições deixam as informações
pulverizadas. Relacionado a isso, é necessário ampliar os dados sobre a eficácia do PNAES, para
conhecer o desempenho acadêmico dos estudantes participante, uma vez que o programa visa
permitir a permanência e diplomação desses universitários.
In order to provide necessary resources to university students, the Student Assistance is necessary in order to help with resources indispensable for transposition of obstacles and overcoming impediments to good academic performance. About the level of knowledge of the university student about what the HEI to which he is linked can offer you as Student Assistance? In this way, it brought the subject to be approached and to know the reality lived and the difficulties faced by the students, who evidenced, in many of these contacts, a visible ignorance of their rights and, above all, services and devices directed to the AE offered by the IES. The general objective is to analyze the perception of the university student of two HEIs on the importance of student assistance, observing some necessary topics such as: Economic class, challenges / factors during the course and etc. . In methodological terms, this research seeks to define its object from clear criteria of scientific validity, the research is exploratory, descriptive with a quantitative-qualitative approach, regarding the procedures of a field research. This approach can be solved with disclosures by the institutions themselves, and it is necessary to create a specific database for this program, as the institutions leave the information pulverized. Related to this, it is necessary to expand the data on the effectiveness of the PNAES, to know the academic performance of the participating students, since the program aims to allow the permanence and graduation of these university students.
