secretária adjunta de Formação e Desenvolvimento Profissional do Ministério do
Trabalho.
mesmos.

Through their voices are ideas outlined in the General Theory of Piaget, in which the student explains that knowledge is a process, not a state, in its biological point of view, is to be intelligent to adapt to the environment. Occurs, according to Piaget, balancing / adjustment - assimilation - accommodation, and his theory of stages (qualitative levels of adaptation), he describes their characteristics. Finally, the dissertation seeks to analyze the conditions for reintegration of workers with Repetitive Strain Injury /Work Related Musculoskeletal Diseases in Aracaju, Sergipe. Was used for both the study of the depositions of six workers interviewed through the Electricity Workers' Union of Sergipe and Programme of Lifelong Learning, established by the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union, December 16, 2008. Had it as a parameter for the analysis and the feasibility of the proposed qualifying strategy.
