Será abordada as
pandemia do vírus Sars-COV-2 no Brasil.
The present course conclusion research project studies the discursive production of government institutions in relation to the 2020 and 2021 pandemic, referring to the impact of these discourses on a portion of the global population, in this case, in Brazil. On the difficulties and denialism that Brazil is experiencing with the administration of the head of state, Jair Messias Bolsonaro. Topics such as initial strategic support from the Brazilian Ministry of Health in the early days of SARS-COV-2 and speeches on measures that should be used in Brazil were addressed; Severe impacts on the economy and the increase in the unemployment rate due to the pandemic in Brazil and the lack of empathy in speeches about insufficient resources for the SUS and private hospitals. The issue was specifically delimited for the moment of the Sars-COV-2 virus pandemic in Brazil. For the elaboration of the project, it was important to prove the existence of a problem, together with the proposed. The problem that the dissertation elaborated for the research was: The demonstrate the negative impact of speeches made by governmental institutions on the Brazilian population, since the project focuses on speeches and actions of the entities responsible for management Brazil. Qualitative methodological approaches are used, from the domain of Discourse Analysis, and from the collection of empirical studies whose data are used to help to highlight the negative impacts in relation to minimizing the spread of the new coronavirus in Brazil, by presidential speeches, and how the population reacts to the speeches and actions of a leader. To try to answer the project's problem it was necessary to use some scholars to have a consolidated basis to prove this theory, such as Norman Fairclough, Thiago Calvacanti, Daniel da Mata, Nicolás Ajzenman, Michael Löwy and Herbert Paul Grice.
