dc.description.abstractEsta dissertação de Mestrado é um estudo que tem como finalidade analisar, compreender e exemplificar o processo de certificação de um operador aéreo (COA) em Angola, por intermédio da inquirição dos diplomas legais usados na matéria e a sua conformidade com as recomendações e normas da ICAO. Para execução da mesma foi usada a metodologia qualitativa para atingir os objetivos definido, através da inquirição dos diplomas disponíveis e entrevistas realizadas a personalidades que já estiveram em contacto com o processo foi possível identificar que a AC-12-001B é o principal diploma usado na matéria e se encontra em conformidade com as recomendações internacionais. A indagação também tem como objetivo ser um estudo auxiliar para os profissionais, estudantes e empresários que desempenham ou tenham intenção de desempenhar funções na aérea aeronáutica visto que o mesmo estudo se demonstra capaz de descrever a complexidade documental e operacional aquando do pedido de emissão de um COA. Com o culminar do trabalho conseguiu-se atingir os objetivos da investigação propostas onde é possível verificar que na matéria de certificação Angola cumpre os preceitos internacionais registados nos Doc da ICAO 9626 e 8335 e de legislação interna o decreto lei 217/16, os NTA e a AC-12-001B.pt
dc.description.abstractThis Master's dissertation is a study that aims to analyze, understand and exemplify the certification process of an air operator (AOC) in Angola, through the inquiry of the legal diplomas used in the matter and its compliance with the recommendations and standards of the ICAO. For its execution, the qualitative methodology was used to achieve the defined objectives, through the inquiry of the available diplomas and interviews with personalities who have already been in contact with the process, it was possible to identify that AC-12-001B is the main diploma used in and is in line with international recommendations. The inquiry also aims to be an auxiliary study for professionals, students and entrepreneurs who perform or intend to perform functions in aeronautical air, since the same study proves capable of describing the documentary and operational complexity when requesting the issuance of a COA. With the culmination of the work it was possible to achieve the proposed research objectives where it is possible to verify that in the matter of certification Angola complies with the international precepts registered in ICAO Doc 9626 and 8335 and of internal law the decree law 217/16, the NTA and AC 12-001B.en
