Resumo
Esta tese-criação parte de uma análise constelar para refletir de uma forma artística e teórica, os cinemas e as suas relações com o contemporâneo.
Fazendo uma abordagem materialista histórica, faz-se uso dos conceitos de
Constelação Benjaminiana e do Atlas de Aby Warburg, para pensar as imagens em movimento
estabelecendo correlações que estabelecemos com o outro e com o mundo, num processo em continuum.
Explora-se a ideia de cinema Frankenstein, corpo cine-palimpsesto, cinegrafema e
ecrã mise en abyme. Conceitos rizomáticos que se contaminam e se interconectam numa estrutura constelar, entre a teoria do trabalho escrito e a poiética do fazer artístico.
Paralelamente ao trabalho teórico, é apresentada a Cine Constelação, uma exposição
composta por diferentes trabalhos áudio visuais, que desvendam várias questões relacionadas com a imagem, cinema, dispositivo, memória e arquivo. Os vídeos exibidos estão imersos na sua condição fluida, são fragmentos que evocam e articulam de uma forma imagética, vários conceitos abordados ao longo deste processo.
Em Cine Constelação, os vídeos funcionam como poemas visuais, trabalhos in media
res, impregnados de impureza e de destempo, que permanecem em devir como objetos metaartísticos,
numa constelação em expansão, que também podem ser exibidos e ativados em
diferentes dispositivos e contextos, com várias possibilidades de exibição e leituras polissémicas.

This thesis-creation starts from a constellational analysis to reflect - in an artistic and theoretical way - on cinema and its relations with contemporaneity. Using an approach based on historical materialism, I make use of the concepts of the Benjaminian Constellation and the one from Atlas, by Aby Warburg, to think of the moving images as establishing correlations that we have with others and with the world, in a continued process. I explore the idea of Frankenstein cinema, cine-palimpsest body, filmography and mise-en-abyme screen, rhizomatic concepts that contaminate each other and interconnect in a constellational structure, between the theory of the written work and the poetics of the artistic creation. Along with the theoretical work, I present Cine-Constellation, an exhibit composed by different audiovisual projects that reveal several questions about image, cinema, device, memory and archive. The videos shown there are immersed in its fluid condition, they are fragments that evoke and articulate - in an imagistic way - several concepts that are addressed throughout this process. In Cine-Constellation, the videos work as visual poems, works in media res, impregnated with impurity and asynchrony, which remain ever changing as meta-artistic objects, in an expanding constellation, which can also be exhibited and activated in different devices and contexts, with several possibilities of display and polysemic interpretations.
