The Under 19 level is the last stage before senior/high performance football, so it is considered that this is the period of extreme sensitivity in the transition of athletes, both at sports, school and personal levels, where there are many changes, and coaches must be extremely sensitive in their management. Throughout the report, the internship institution will be characterized, in terms of its structural, material and human resources, also passing through the characterization/evaluation of the entire squad and technical team. Later, the Models of Play, Training and Observation and Analysis of the Game will be explained. An in-depth analysis of the Training Methods was carried out, where it was found that the most used Training Exercises were Competitive, with 36% of total volume of training, followed by General Preparation, Technical Improvement and Finalization. It was also analysed the competitive context, where the maintenance in the national first division was achieved. Finally, before the general conclusions, a study is presented that aims to relate a training methodology with injury prevention and post-game recovery, in order to understand how coaches apply it in their daily work, concluding that the injury prevention must take into account the specificity of the athlete as an individual and that post-game recovery has in reduced games a valid and reliable tool that helps favorably in the players' recovery process.
