Resumo
O presente relatório descreve todos os processos, opções, balanços e reflexões tomados no estágio pedagógico em todas as 4 áreas de intervenção. Na área da Lecionação, todos os alunos atingiram progressos significativos nas suas aprendizagens prioritárias, contribuindo para estas melhorias o projeto da "Aprendizagem Cooperativa no Voleibol", bem como para o aumento da motivação dos alunos menos aptos para esta matéria e da cooperação entre alunos de níveis distintos. Através do projeto de Professor a Tempo Inteiro, foi possível dar continuidade á melhoria da minha intervenção na vertente do feedback, bem como aprofundar o meu conhecimento acerca de métodos de desenvolvimento da aptidão física. Para a área de Direção de Turma, foi abordado o tema da Solidariedade e Cooperação nas aulas de Cidadania e desenvolvimento, com a integração do projeto específico "Princípios da aprendizagem cooperativa nos trabalhos de grupos" aumentando assim a participação autónoma e promovendo uma melhoria na comunicação perante a turma dos alunos identificados com estas dificuldades. A Saída de Campo permitiu aos alunos aplicarem estes valores num contexto real e interdisciplinar, em conjunto com as pessoas com necessidades especiais da CERCI Lisboa, culminando posteriormente num debate que permitiu aferir a concretização dos objetivos definidos para a turma e para os alunos alvo do projeto específico. Para o Desporto escolar, integrei o núcleo de futebol do Colégio Valsassina, onde a aplicação de uma metodologia por etapas com um aumento de complexidade progressivo, aliado a uma rotina competitiva implementada através do projeto específico "Motivação dos alunos para a prática do futebol através da rotina competitiva", levou a que houvessem melhorias significativas na aptidão dos alunos, concretizando os objetivos delineados com clara distinção, bem como um aumento no número de participantes em todas as equipas de futebol do desporto escolar. Para a área do Seminário, abordei o tema "(Im)Possibilidades dos alunos na Educação Física", tendo aplicado os procedimentos da investigação-ação para recolher dados acerca de procedimentos de outras escolas para os casos de alunos que não realizam a aula de Educação Física. Todos estes resultados foram apresentados aos professores do grupo, tendo sido também realizada uma proposta através da qual todos os professores concordaram que é necessário definir objetivos para estes alunos e que existem possibilidades de prática para os mesmos. This report describes all the processes, options, balances, and reflections taken during the pedagogical internship in all 4 areas of intervention. In the Teaching area, all students achieved significant progress in their priority learning areas. The "Cooperative Learning in Volleyball" project contributed to these improvements, as well as increased motivation among students who were less proficient in this subject and promoted cooperation among students of different levels. The Full-Time Teacher project allowed for the continuation of improving my feedback interventions and deepening my knowledge of physical fitness development methods. For the Class Direction area, the theme of Solidarity and Cooperation was addressed in Citizenship and Development classes, with the integration of the specific project "Principles of Cooperative Learning in Group Work." This integration increased autonomous participation and improved communication among students facing these difficulties. The Field Trip allowed students to apply these values in a real and interdisciplinary context, together with individuals with special needs from CERCI Lisboa. This culminated in a debate that assessed the achievement of the defined objectives for the class and the target students of the specific project. In the School Sports area, I joined the football nucleus of Colégio Valsassina, where the implementation of a progressive complexity methodology, combined with a competitive routine implemented through the specific project "Motivating Students for Football Practice through a Competitive Routine," resulted in significant improvements in students' fitness. The outlined objectives were successfully achieved, and there was an increase in the number of participants in all school sports football teams. In the Seminar area, I addressed the topic of "(Im)Possibilities of Students in Physical Education" and applied action research procedures to collect data on procedures used by other schools for students who do not participate in Physical Education classes. All these results were presented to the teachers' group, and a proposal was made, which all teachers agreed upon, stating the need to define objectives for these students and acknowledging that there are possibilities for their participation.
