Resumo
Este relatório é resultado da experiência de estágio enquadrado no Mestrado em Futebol - da formação à Alta Competição, da Universidade Lusófona- Centro Universitário de Lisboa, realizado na equipa de sub-13 do Clube Desportivo Cova da Piedade, que disputou os campeonatos de sub-13 (na variante de futebol 9) e de sub-15 (na variante de futebol 11), da Associação de Futebol de Setúbal (AFS) na época 2019/20. A primeira parte refere-se à caracterização da instituição de estágio, a segunda ao projeto individual de estágio, onde são abordados os objetivos de formação do treinador estagiário que assumiu a responsabilidade de ser treinador principal dos sub-13. Alguns desses objetivos são a potenciação da relação com todos os agentes desportivos envolvidos no processo de formação do clube, aprimorar o conhecimento de jogo (melhorando a leitura de jogo do ponto de vista coletivo e também das individualidades), desenvolver competências ao nível da metodologia e evoluir ao nível da liderança. A terceira diz respeito à caracterização da equipa em diferentes vertentes, por exemplo, algumas destas indicam que a equipa é composta maioritariamente por jogadores do primeiro semestre e que em 19 jogadores, 17 têm o pé direito como dominante. A quarta parte refere-se ao processo de jogo com ênfase no modelo de jogo, a quinta refere-se ao processo de treino, a sexta refere-se ao processo competitivo no qual se enumeram e analisam os diferentes momentos competitivos. A sétima parte refere-se a um estudo sobre o tema "Idade Relativa" onde foi realizada uma análise relacionada com a data de nascimento dos atletas que constituem os plantéis do Clube Desportivo Cova da Piedade (entre os escalões de sub-10 e sub-17), sendo que o objetivo foi entender se a idade relativa existia no CDCP. Por fim, a oitava corresponde às considerações finais, análise crítica e reflexões acerca da época, abordando o crescimento profissional e pessoal do estagiário no decorrer do desempenho da sua função de treinador. Nesta parte, toca-se em diversos pontos, como por exemplo, se os objetivos delineados foram ou não atingidos e quais os porquês, quais foram as maiores aprendizagens que esta experiência proporcionou. This report is the result of the internship experience within the scope of the Master's degree in Football - from Training to High Competition, at Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário de Lisboa. This was carried out in the under-13 team of Clube Desportivo Cova da Piedade, which competed in the under-13 (in football 9) and under-15 (in football 11) championships, from Setúbal’s Football Association in the 2019/20 season. This document is divided into eight parts. The first refers to the characterization of the internship institution, the second refers to the individual internship project, where the intern’s training goals were approached when he took the responsibility of being the head coach of the under-13 team. Some of these goals were the development of the relationships forged with every element involved in the process of the club’s youth training, enhance the game’s knowledge (improving the game’s reading in a collective and individual way), develop methodological skills and improve leadership. The third concerns the characterization of the team in different aspects, for example, some of these indicate that the team is mainly composed of first semester players where in 19 of them, 17 have the right foot as dominant. The fourth refers to the game process with greater emphasis on game’s model itself. The fifth refers to the training process. The sixth refers to the competitive process in which the different competitive moments are listed and analyzed. The seventh part refers to a study on the topic “Relative Age” where the club’s athletes date of birth was analyzed (between the under-10 and under-17) with the purpose being understanding if “Relative Age” existed in the club. Finally, the eighth section corresponds to final considerations, critical analysis and reflections on the journey taken throughout the season, contemplating the trainee's professional and personal growth as he performs his role as the head football coach. Here, several points are approached, such as whether the goals that were set were fulfilled or not and why and also which were the biggest lessons learned from this experience.
