Resumo
O presente documento foi elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Futebol – Da Formação à Alta Competição, ministrado pela Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias, e visa apresentar todo o processo de estágio realizado no Departamento de Observação, Análise e Scouting da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol.
Foi neste contexto que o videoanalista estagiário teve a oportunidade de vivenciar um conjunto de experiências no futebol de alto rendimento que permitiram a aplicação dos conhecimentos académico-científicos adquiridos, integrados com a experiência passada enquanto treinador. Desta forma, foi apresentada uma revisão da literatura na área da análise de jogo. Posteriormente foi exposta toda a operacionalização do estágio focada no trabalho realizado com as diversas Seleções Nacionais, sobretudo com a Seleção Nacional Sub-20. Neste capítulo foi ainda apresentado todo o trabalho de scouting realizado na “Área de Scouting Internacional” onde o estagiário desempenhou o papel de Scout para o Futebol Masculino. De seguida foi introduzido o Projeto de Estágio denominado “Área de Scouting para o Campeonato de Portugal”. Segue-se a investigação científica produzida na área do Scouting e por fim um capítulo relacionado com um workshop planeado para ser operacionalizado na Federação Portuguesa de Futebol onde o estagiário participaria como palestrante abordando o tema “Observação e Análise Individual – ASCP”.
Este Relatório de Estágio espelha assim o trabalho da época 2019/2020 ao serviço da Federação Portuguesa de Futebol no contexto de Futebol de Alto Rendimento.
The present document was produced under the scope of the Master Degree in “Football - from Training to High Competition” of the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias and aims to report the whole process developed at the Observation, Analysis and Scouting Department of the Portuguese FA. It was in this context that the intern videoanalyst had the opportunity to experience a set of skills in high-performance football that allowed the application of the academic-scientific knowledge acquired, integrated with all the experience as a football coach. Thus, it was presented a review of the literature in game analysis. Subsequently, all the operationalization of the internship focused on the work made with the many National Teams was exposed, especially with the U-20 National Team. In this chapter was also presented all the scouting work performed in the "International Scouting Area" where the intern was Scout for Men's Football. Then, it was introduced the Internship Project called "Scouting Area for the Portuguese Championship – 3rd Division". It follows the scientific research produced in the Scouting area and finally a chapter related to a workshop held at the Portuguese FA where the intern would be involved as a speaker talking about the theme "Individual Analysis - ASCP". This Internship Report is a work reflection of the 2019/2020 season at the service of the Portuguese FA in high-performance football context.
