Relatório de estágio pedagógico em Educação Física realizado na Escola Secundária Braamcamp Freire

Resumo
O presente relatório apresenta os balanços e reflexões realizadas no estágio pedagógico. Na área da Lecionação, foram alcançadas melhorias consideráveis por grande parte dos alunos relativamente às suas aprendizagens prioritárias, para as quais o projeto "Conquistar a Zona Saudável de Aptidão Física" contribuiu muito para o desenvolvimento das aulas, tanto no decorrer das aulas ao longo do ano letivo, como na gestão e tempos de transição entre tarefas, podendo facilmente atingir o tempo potencial de aprendizagem. O projeto Professor a Tempo Inteiro, visou a melhoria da minha instrução e gestão da aula, através da lecionação de períodos de aulas diferentes, em colaboração com os respetivos professores. Na área da Direção de Turma, foi bastante relevante a intervenção nas funções associadas ao cargo, havendo ao longo do ano letivo, intervenção sobre as faltas de material e pontualidade de alguns alunos. O projeto teve um impacto positivo na avaliação sumativa, podendo intervir nas metodologias e hábitos de estudo dos alunos, contribuindo positivamente. A Saída de Campo envolveu uma organização conjunta entre o núcleo de estágio e o Grupo de Educação Física, com o objetivo de possibilitar aos alunos a experiência de atividades nunca realizadas antes, a consolidação de matérias abordadas durante o ano e a multidisciplinaridade. Na área do Desporto Escolar, assumi a equipa de Corfebol sub-13, permitindo aos alunos uma evolução e motivação constante ao longo do ano letivo através do projeto elaborado, tanto no desenvolvimento das capacidades motoras, como através do projeto "+ Competição", possibilitando novas experiências aos alunos, utilizando esse fator como motivação extrínseca. Permiti também que a minha intervenção influenciasse nas aulas de Educação Física, através do feedback dos professores titulares, especificamente nos Jogos Desportivos Coletivos de invasão, transportando a desmarcação, o passe e a receção. Na área do Seminário, realizei um "Projeto Individual Educativo", incidindo num aluno do 10º3, que apresentava Síndrome de Down (Trissomia 21), de forma a possibilitar a inclusão do aluno, tendo em conta as suas particularidades e especificidades, a minha intervenção contribuiu para que o aluno participasse em todas as matérias nas aulas de Educação Física, ficando responsável pela música e também sendo o principal exemplo na matéria da Ginástica.
This paper presents the views and reflexions incurred in the pedagogical training. In the field study of Teaching, significant improvement was achieved by the great majority of students in respect to their learning abilities, to which the project “Conquering the Healthy Area of Physical Fitness” contributed significantly to the class development, both during the classes throughout the school year, and the management and transition periods in between tasks, enabling the active learning time to be achieved in due course. The project Full Time Teacher aimed at the improvement of my teaching and management of the classroom, through the teaching of classes with varied lengths, as well as different school years, in collaboration with the respective class teachers. In the field of Class, the intervention required was quite relevant, leading to a reduction of absenteeism due to lack of equipment as the school year progressed. The project had a positive impact in the summative assessment, through an intervention in the methodologies and study habits of the students. The Field Trip required a collaborative organisation between the Training Nucleus, the Physical Education Team and the Class Direction Professors, with the goal of allowing students to experience activities for the first time, consolidating subjects taught throughout the school year and multidisciplinarity. In the field of School Sport, I took leadership of the Korfball under 13s team, enabling the continuous evolution and motivation of the students throughout the school year, both in the development of motor skills, and with the project “+ Competition”, providing new experiences, and utilizing this factor as external motivation. I allowed my contribution to influence indirectly the Physical Education classes, especially in Team Sports Games of invasion, encouraging evasive manoeuvres, passing and reception. In Seminar field study, an “Individual Educational Project” was conducted, implementing the approach of action-research, including a student of class 10º3 with Down Syndrome, to which my contribution was significant in enabling the integration of the student taking into consideration the student's special needs.
