Resumo
O presente relatório apresenta um resumo do que foi realizado durante o estágio. Na área de Lecionação, os resultados apontam para melhorias evidenciadas no domínio das matérias e da aptidão física na maioria dos alunos. De forma particular, o projeto “Trabalho Suplementar da Área de Aptidão Física” contribuiu para a evolução observada, na área da aptidão física. Destacar ainda, a importância da inclusão dos alunos no seu processo educativo, relembrando os valores inseridos no documento do perfil dos alunos à saída da escolaridade obrigatória, como: responsabilidade e integridade, excelência e exigência, curiosidade, reflexão e inovação. Assim, os alunos tiveram a possibilidade de demonstrar esses valores, sendo assim responsáveis pelas decisões tomadas em torno do seu processo. Na área de Direção de Turma, destaco a boa relação entre professor-aluno e aluno-aluno, tendo sido fundamental, especificamente durante o projeto específico “Ação de Solidariedade e Voluntariado à Causa Animal”. Este projeto permitiu aos alunos o desenvolvimento de uma ação solidária, com a entrega de material a um canil, bem como a vivência de novas experiências e a promoção das relações com a comunidade escolar. Na área de Desporto Escolar, assumi a equipa de Voleibol de Juvenis Masculinos. A equipa demonstrou um nível de desempenho bastante elevado. As principais áreas de trabalho foram ao nível da dimensão estratégica e comunicativa para a maioria dos elementos da equipa. Na qual, resultou de melhorias evidenciadas na qualidade de jogo apresentada. De forma particular, o projeto “Serviço por Cima em Suspensão” permitiu aumentar o número de alunos que conseguia realizar esta técnica. Na área do Seminário aprofundei o tema “Fatores de Desenvolvimento do Trabalho da Área da Aptidão Física”. Este demonstrou-se pertinente, não só pela discussão que gerou nas reuniões de departamento, mas também por ser uma das áreas de intervenção da disciplina de Educação Física. Os objetivos propostos foram alcançados, através da exposição do problema e posterior reflexão por parte dos Professores. Destaco ainda, a Saída de Campo, que foi o ponto mais positivo do meu estágio. O convívio e trabalho colaborativo entre turmas foi evidente ao longo do dia, onde houve a possibilidade de os alunos experimentarem novas atividades. This report presents a summary of what was accomplished during the pedagogical internship in different areas. In the area of Teaching, the results point to evident improvements in the mastery of subjects and physical fitness in many students. In particular, the “Supplementary Work in the Physical Fitness Area” project contributed to the observed evolution in the mastery of physical fitness. Also, highlight the importance of including students in their educational process, remembering the values included in the students’ profile document upon leaving compulsory education, such as: responsibility and integrity, excellence and demand curiosity, reflection and innovation. Thus, students had the opportunity to demonstrate these values, thus being responsible for the decisions made around their process. In the area of Class Management, I highlight the excellent relationship between teacherstudent, which was fundamental, specifically during the specific project “Action of Solidarity and Volunteering for the Animal Cause”. This project allowed students to develop a solidarity of material to a kennel, as well as to experience new experiences and promote relationships with the school community. I took charge of the Men’s Youth Volleyball team in the School Sports area. The team demonstrated a very high level of performance. The main areas of work were in terms of the strategic and communicative dimensions of the majority of team members. Which resulted in significant improvements, evident in the quality of the game presented. In particular, the “Service in the Suspension” project made it possible to increase the number of students who could perform this technique. In the Seminar area, I delved deeper into the topic “Work Development Factors in the Area of Physical Fitness”. This proved to be relevant, not only because of the discussion it generated in the department meeting, but also because it is one of the intervention areas of the Physical Education discipline. The proposed objectives were achieved through the exposure of the problem and subsequent reflection by the teachers. I would also like to highlight the Field Trip, which was the most positive point of my internship. The coexistence and collaborative work between classes were evident, allowing students to experience new activities.
