A relação entre auto-liderança e a criatividade : o papel moderador da auto-dúvida Grupo Lusófona em Portugal continental

Esta investigação, baseada na revisão de literatura, visa perceber a relação entre a auto liderança e a criatividade, objetiva igualmente entender o papel da auto-dúvida como mecanismo moderador nessa relação. O estudo centrou-se na população de 18.234 estudantes do Grupo Lusófona em Portugal Continental, foi recolhida uma amostra não probabilística de 707 estudantes, dos quais 27.6% trabalham e estudam. Na amostra recolhida, 59% dos indivíduos pertencem ao género feminino e 41% ao género masculino, 67.2% pertencem a uma faixa etária menor ou igual a 24 anos. Os participantes no estudo preencheram um Questionário Sociodemográfico, instrumento vocacionado para investigações com metodologias quantitativas, com 67 perguntas distribuídas por três escalas, auto-liderança, criatividade e auto-dúvida todas elas com uma escala de Likert de cinco pontos. Em resposta à pergunta de partida, "Em que condições de auto-dúvida a relação entre a auto-liderança e a criatividade é positiva ?" Os resultados deste estudo demonstram que a auto-liderança exerce uma influência significativa e positiva sobre a criatividade, demonstram igualmente, que a auto-dúvida tem a capacidade de moderar a relação entre a auto-liderança e a criatividade, tornando essa relação não significativa quando a auto-dúvida está presente como variável moderadora e em condições elevadas. This research, based on a literature review, aims to understand the relationship between selfleadership and creativity, as well as the role of self-doubt as a moderating mechanism in this relationship. The study centered on the population of 18,234 students from the Lusófona Group in mainland Portugal. A non-probabilistic sample of 707 students was taken, 27.6% of whom work and study. In the sample, 59% of the individuals belonged to the female gender and 41% to the male gender, 67.2% belonged to an age group less than or equal to 24 years old. The participants in the study filled in a Sociodemographic Questionnaire, an instrument designed for research using quantitative methodologies, with 67 questions spread across three scales, self-leadership, creativity and self-doubt, all of which have a five-point Likert scale. In response to the starting question, "Under what conditions of self-doubt is the relationship between selfleadership and creativity positive?" The results of this study show that self-leadership has a significant and positive influence on creativity. They also show that self-doubt has the ability to moderate the relationship between self-leadership and creativity, making this relationship non-significant when self-doubt is present as a moderating variable and in high conditions.
