Resumo
Nosso trabalho tem por título Formação continuada de professores: contribuições e
equívocos. O tema de estudo tem como questão de partida as seguintes perguntas: Que
opinião tem os professores sobre o impacto dos cursos de formação continuada na sua
prática profissional? O que pensam supervisores e diretores de escola sobre a formação
oferecida? A investigação divulgada nos encontros e estudos em instituições de ensino
evidencia que há interesse pela formação, porém surge desatento por não conseguir colocar
em prática os saberes e as competências adquiridas. Com o intuito de bem conduzirmos
nosso estudo começamos com a revisão de literatura. Após esta etapa definimos o desenho
metodológico da investigação selecionando os instrumentos. Num primeiro momento
observamos as escolas do município de Linhares: “Marília de Rezende S. Coutinho” e
“CEIM Chapeuzinho Vermelho”. Num outro momento analisamos os dados coletados,
através de entrevistas e questionários. A análise e discussão dos resultados evidenciam as
percepções convergentes dos professores e equipe gestora, da necessidade das formações
acontecerem na escola e pela Secretaria de Educação, visando experiências, reflexões
pedagógicas e novas estratégias de trabalho.
Our work is entitled continued training of teachers: contributions and misconceptions. The subject of study has as its starting point the following questions: What is your opinion teachers on the impact of continuing education courses in their professional practice? What do they think supervisors and school principals about the training offered? Research published in the meetings and study in educational institutions shows that there is interest in training, but appears inattentive for failing to put into practice the knowledge and skills acquired. In order to well conduct our study began with a literature review. After this stage we define the methodological design of research selecting instruments. At first we observe the schools in the city of Linhares, "Marilia de Rezende S. Coutinho" and "CEIM Little Red Riding Hood." In another moment we analyze the data collected through interviews and questionnaires. Analysis and discussion of the results show converging perceptions of teachers and management team, the need for training happen at school and the Department of Education, seeking experiences, pedagogical reflections and new work strategies.
