Resumo
O presente relatório é uma reflexão do estágio realizado ao longo da época 2022/2023, na equipa de futebol sénior B do Clube de Futebol "Os Belenenses", que competiu na III Divisão da Associação de Futebol de Lisboa. Este relatório resume o meu processo enquanto treinador-estagiário, onde desempenhei funções de treinador-adjunto e preparador físico, apresentando as tarefas e responsabilidades inerentes desempenhadas ao longo da época desportiva, em conformidade com a literatura consultada, de forma a justificar decisões tomadas durante o estágio. O processo de treino teve como base a forma como a equipa técnica observava o jogo e a construção do planeamento das unidades de treino baseou-se também na distribuição dos conteúdos através de um microciclo tipo. O Estudo Técnico-Científico teve como objetivo comparar a carga de treino perspetivada pelo treinador principal, com a carga de treino percecionada pelos jogadores. As conclusões do estudo apresentam valores de carga percecionada significativa ou muito significativamente superiores à carga perspetivada em metade das unidades de treino, duas situações em que a carga percecionada foi inferior à perspetivada e uma grande amplitude entre os valores da PSE mínimo e máximo perspetivados pelos jogadores na maioria das unidades de treino. Apesar de todas as alterações e contrariedades que se verificaram no processo de estágio, o balanço final é positivo tendo contribuído para evolução do treinador-estagiário, alcançando os objetivos pessoais e contribuindo para atingir os objetivos coletivos, com destaque para a subida de divisão.
The present document is a reflection on the internship carried out during the 2022/2023 season with the senior B football team of Clube de Futebol “Os Belenenses,” which competed in the III Division of the Lisbon Football Association. This document summarizes my role as a trainee coach, where I worked as an assistant coach and fitness coach, describing the tasks and responsibilities performed throughout the season, according literature to justify decisions made during the internship. The training process was based on how the coaching staff observes the game, with the planning of training sessions structured around the distribution of content through a typical microcycle. The Technical-Scientific Study aimed to compare the training load planned by the head coach with the training load perceived by the players. The study's conclusions reveal that the perceived training load was significantly or very significantly higher than the planned load in half of the training sessions, two instances where the perceived load was lower than planned, and a considerable range between the minimum and maximum RPE values perceived by players in most sessions. Despite all the changes and challenges faced during the internship process, the overall assessment is positive to the trainee coach's development, achieving personal goals and helping to meet collective objectives, highlighted the team's promotion to a higher division.
