Resumo
O presente relatório reflete o meu estágio académico na equipa profissional sénior
da instituição Futebol Clube de Alverca, Futebol SAD, realizado na época 2022-2023,
com vista à conclusão do Mestrado em Futebol – da formação à alta competição.
O relatório resume o meu processo de estágio, com foco em toda a minha atividade
ao longo da época desportiva e com a base científica exigida para suportar todas as
matérias abordadas.
Os conteúdos apresentados estão dispostos no relatório pela seguinte ordem: (I)
Caracterização da Instituição Desportiva de Acolhimento; (II) Plano Funcional de
Estágio; (III) Matriz Conceptual Técnico-Científica; (IV) Estudo Técnico-Científico; e
(V) Considerações Finais.
O objetivo da parte científica é a relação do futebol com a posição de guarda redes, onde são abordados temas, como a evolução da posição de guarda-redes, o treino
de guarda-redes e a participação do guarda-redes no jogo.
No estudo apresentado o objetivo é analisar a variação do número, tipo e eficácia
das ações ofensivas e defensivas dos guarda-redes em contexto de jogo em função do
nível da equipa (alto ou baixo), tendo por base dados relativos à participação em jogo dos
guarda-redes das equipas da série B, da época desportiva 2022-2023 da Liga 3 e a posição
final das equipas na tabela classificativa.
O processo de estágio foi um contributo fundamental para a evolução do estagiário
a nível pessoal, académico e profissional, onde se destaca a experiência vivida ao longo
de toda a época desportiva, em contexto de treino e competição. Os objetivos foram
considerados atingidos.

This report reflects my academic internship in the senior professional team of the institution Futebol Clube de Alverca, Futebol SAD, carried out in the 2022-2023 season, with a view to completing the Master in Football - from training to high competition. The report summarizes my internship process, focusing on all my activity throughout the season and with the scientific basis required to support all the subjects covered. The contents presented are arranged in the report in the following order: (I) Characterization of the Host Sports Institution; (II) Internship Functional Plan; (III) Technical-Scientific Conceptual Matrix; (IV) Technical-Scientific Study; and (V) Final Considerations. The objective of the scientific part is the relationship between football and the position of goalkeeper, where topics such as the evolution of the position of goalkeepers, goalkeeper training, and the goalkeeper's participation in the game are addressed. In the study presented, the aim is to analyze the variation in the number, type, and effectiveness of offensive and defensive actions by goalkeepers in a game context depending on the level of the team (high or low), based on data relating to participation in the game of the goalkeepers of the series B teams, from the 2022-2023 season of Liga 3 and the final position of the teams in the leaderboard. The internship process was a fundamental contribution to the development of the intern at a personal, academic, and professional level, where the experience lived throughout the entire season, in the context of training and competition.
