Relatório final de estágio intitulado treino desportivo : realizado no Clube União Recreativa Sambrasense, na época 2017-2018

Resumo
Este trabalho é parte integrante do relatório de estágio no Mestrado de Futebol, da Universidade Lusófona, que foi realizado na Vila de São Brás de Alportel, no clube Sambrasense, incidindo sobre jogadores seniores, com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 40 anos. Este é um clube de futebol com um nível de estatuto baixo, pois estamos a falar de uma simples vila com 12.340 habitantes.
Numa primeira análise do clube, pretendeu-se introduzir ao leitor o estudo em causa dando a conhecer o espaço do clube, a instituição acolhedora e local de treino; as funções e tarefas do treinador estagiário; e foram também definidos os objetivos gerais e a estrutura do estágio, os objetivos do treinador, do clube e da equipa.
No estágio realizado foi analisado o modelo de jogo e sistemas táticos da equipa, bem como o modelo de treino, prestando-se apoio na preparação, realização e avaliação das sessões de treino. Relativamente ao treino, e dada a sua importância, participou-se na organização dos três microciclos que se encontravam inseridos no período competitivo da época 2017/2018. No que diz respeito ao jogo, colaborou-se na preparação da estrutura da reunião para o Jogo, na vertente organizativa, técnico-tática e estratégica. Foram observados vários jogos, mas de realçar o jogo com a equipa do Ferreiras, de modo a perceber o seu modelo de jogo, a estrutura da equipa e as características.
Com o presente estágio foi possível ter uma perspetiva do treino e dos métodos desportivos, permitindo ainda realizar e desenvolver um planeamento semanal mais elaborado e eficaz junto dos jogadores. Ficou-se também com uma perspetiva da importância de um treinador no sucesso de uma equipa, das suas características como pessoa, bem como das suas competências técnicas.
This work is an integral part of the internship report in the Master of Soccer, which exists at the Universidade Lusófona. This report is withdrawn in the Vila de São Brás de Alportel, in the Sambrasense club, focusing on senior players, aged between 18 and 40 years, a football club with a low level of status, as we are talking about a simple village with 12.340 inhabitants. In a first analysis of the club, it was intended to introduce the reader to the study in question, making known the space of the club, the warm and local training institution; the duties and tasks of the trainee trainer; and the overall goals and structure of the internship, the goals of the coach, the club and the team were also defined. The game model and tactical systems of the team were analyzed, as well as the training model, providing support in the preparation, performance and evaluation of the training sessions. Regarding the training, and given its importance, I also participated in the organization of the three microcycles, that were inserted in the competitive period of the 2017/2018 season. Regarding the game, I collaborated in the preparation of the structure of the meeting for the Game, in the organizational, technical-tactical and strategic aspects. Several matches were observed, highlighting the game with the team of Ferreiras, to understand their game model, the structure of the team and its characteristics. With the present stage it was possible to have a perspective of training and sports methods, also allowing to realize and develop a weekly planning more elaborate and effective with the players. There was also a perspective on the importance of a coach in the success of a team, their characteristics as a person, as well as their technical skills.
