Resumo
Este relatório de estágio, realizado no âmbito da conclusão do Mestrado em Futebol -
da Formação à Alta Competição, apresenta a abordagem técnico-científico e reais competências
realizadas durante a época desportiva 2021-2022 na equipa de Sub.23 do Vitória Sport Clube.
O treinador-estagiário apresentou diferentes funções, tarefas e responsabilidades no
decorrer da época, desde o planeamento e intervenção nas unidades de treino, à participação e
intervenção nos períodos de aquecimento pré-jogo, até à elaboração de vídeos de análise sobre
a própria equipa. A equipa de Sub.23 do Vitória Sport Clube disputou a Liga Revelação 2021-
2022, prova dirigida pela Federação Portuguesa de Futebol. A equipa obteve o 5º lugar na 2ª
Fase - Apuramento para a Taça Revelação, não tendo assim conseguido o apuramento para a
Taça Revelação 2021-2022. Não obstante, podemos considerar que a equipa cumpriu um dos
seus maiores objetivos, que se prende com o desenvolvimento e valorização dos jovens talentos
vitorianos, tendo conseguido valorizar jogadores em idade júnior e conseguido igualmente
promover jogadores para a Equipa B e A do clube.
O presente relatório foi complementado com a apresentação de um estudo técnico científico que procurou abordar a análise através das networks, tendo sido constituído por uma
amostra de dois jogos da equipa de Sub.23 do Vitória Sport Clube diante do mesmo adversário,
com uma volta competitiva de intervalo entre a realização dos dois jogos. Para tal, procurou-se
obter e verificar o número de interações com sucesso efetuadas e recebidas pelos diferentes
jogadores da equipa de Sub.23 do Vitória Sport Clube, calcular as probabilidades de ocorrência
de interação e analisar qualitativamente o posicionamento médio dos jogadores. Foi possível
concluir que esta metodologia de análise permitiu obter informações e dados sobre o
rendimento de uma equipa, que posteriormente poderão ajudar e auxiliar o treinador a
aperfeiçoar o seu modelo de jogo.
Em suma, verificou-se que os objetivos principais da equipa de Sub.23 do Vitória Sport
Clube para a época 2021-2022 foram atingidos, tendo o treinador-estagiário cumprido todos os
objetivos propostos. De tal forma, segue-se uma nova época desportiva, com novas ambições e
desafios, uma vez que o Treinador-Estagiário foi convidado a pertencer, na época desportiva
2022-2023, à equipa técnica da Equipa B do Vitória Sport Clube.
This internship report, carried out within the scope of the conclusion of the Masters in Football - from Training to High Competition, presents the technical-scientific approach and real skills carried out during the 2021-2022 sports season in the Vitória Sport Clube Under.23 team. The trainee coach presented different roles, tasks and responsibilities during the season, from planning and intervention in training units, to participation and intervention in pre-match warm-up periods, to the preparation of analysis videos about the team itself. Vitória Sport Clube's Under.23 team played in the 2021-2022 Revelation League, a competition led by the Portuguese Football Federation. The team obtained 5th place in the 2nd Phase - Qualification for the Revelation Cup, having thus not been able to qualify for the 2021-2022 Revelation Cup. Nevertheless, we can consider that the team fulfilled one of its biggest goals, which is related to the development and appreciation of young Vitoria talents, having managed to value junior players and also managed to promote players to the club's B and A Teams. This report was complemented with the presentation of a technical-scientific study that sought to approach the analysis through the networks, having been constituted by a sample of two games of the Vitória Sport Clube Under.23 team against the same opponent, with a competitive interval between the two games. To this end, we sought to obtain and verify the number of interactions successfully performed and received by the different players of the Vitória Sport Clube Under.23 team, calculate the probabilities of occurrence of interaction and qualitatively analyze the average positioning of the players. It was possible to conclude that this methodology of analysis allowed to obtain information and data about the performance of a team, which later can help and help the coach to improve his game model. In short, it was found that the main objectives of the Vitória Sport Clube Under.23 team for the 2021-2022 season were achieved, with the trainee coach having fulfilled all the proposed objectives. In this way, a new sports season follows, with new ambitions and challenges, since the Trainee-Trainee was invited to belong, in the 2022-2023 sports season, to the technical team of the Vitória Sport Clube B Team.
