Relatório de estágio pedagógico em Educação Física no Colégio Valsassina

Resumo
O relatório discrimina e reflete todo o processo de estágio, realizado no Colégio Valsassina com a turma 8ºC, centrado nas projeções, balanços e decisões tomadas nas 4 áreas de intervenção do estagiário: a Lecionação, Direção de Turma, Desporto Escolar e Seminário. Na Lecionação, recorrendo a um planeamento por etapas verificou-se um grande progresso nas matérias definidas como prioritárias para cada aluno, sendo que o projeto "Aplicação da metodologia The Nonlinear Nature of Learning - A Differential Learning Approach" na matéria de futebol em alunos de 8º ano" com o auxílio do Método de Amplificação do Erro contribuiu para o progresso e motivação dos alunos nesta matéria. No Professor a Tempo Inteiro consegui lecionar matérias que não eram prioritárias a nenhum aluno da minha turma, aumentar o número de feedbacks interrogativos fornecidos e completar o ciclo de feedback, lecionar turmas de diferentes ciclos, adaptar-me às exigências agregadas à diversificação de contextos e turmas, e aproximar-me profissionalmente dos professores do GEF. Na Direção de Turma, o foco centrou-se na "Importância da Atividade Física para a Saúde", aumentando a quantidade de atividade física praticada pela turma e o conhecimento sobre a importância da sua prática para a saúde, agregando este projeto específico ao projeto educativo do colégio. A saída campo foi bem conseguida, conjugando matérias da área de lecionação, com os conteúdos programáticos da disciplina de Educação e Cidadania.
The report discriminates and reflects the entire internship process, carried out at Colégio Valsassina with the 8ºC class, focused on projections, balances and decisions made in the 4 areas of intervention of the intern: Teaching, Class Management, School Sports and Seminary. In Teaching, using a planning by stages, there was great progress in the subjects defined as priorities for each student, and the project "Application of the The Nonlinear Nature of Learning - A Differential Learning Approach methodology” in the subject of football in 8th grade students with the help of the Error Amplification Method contributed to the progress and motivation of students in this matter. The "Full-Time Teacher" project I was able to teach subjects that were not a priority to any student in my class, increase the number of interrogative feedbacks provided and complete the feedback loop, teach classes of different cycles, adapt to the demands added to the diversification of contexts and classes, and get professionally closer to the GEF teachers. In Class Management, my focus was on the "Importance of Physical Activity for Health", increasing the amount of physical activity practiced by the class and the knowledge about the importance of its practice for health, adding this specific project to the school's educational project. The field trip was well achieved, combining subjects from the teaching area, with the syllabus of the discipline of Education and Citizenship. In the area of School Sports, I was assigned the 8th grade of football, with students from the trainee teachers' classes, which allowed me to develop and monitor more easily the project "Development of endurance through the Small Sided Games methodology”, in which there was a great improvement in the level of motor capacity of endurance and the levels of play of the students. In this area I was responsible for organizing, and continuing an interschool competitive tournament, calling it "125 years Valsassina Tournament", ensuring the participation of all age groups. In the Seminar, I addressed "The use of visual aids of Team Sports Games in the Physical Education class", highlighting its importance, cooperating with the GEF, stimulating group discussions and presenting practical "tools" of a possible model to follow - offering a perspective of assistance to teachers and students.
