Resumo
Estágio Pedagógico constitui-se como a realização prática da atividade de professor de Educação Física, suportando-se no conjunto de conhecimentos adquiridos na licenciatura e no primeiro ano de Mestrado.
No contexto em que se desenvolve, pela sua complexidade e pela realidade que apresenta, reveste-se de um caráter crítico, assente em pesquisa e discussão, fomentando uma intervenção que se pretende inovadora e, simultaneamente, diferenciadora.
Este processo de aquisições é uma experiência que, obrigatoriamente, deve transformar o indivíduo, transformando os indivíduos sobre os quais assume responsabilidade, elevando-os numa análise e acompanhamento permanentes.
A elaboração do Relatório de Estágio reflete este percurso. No limiar da conclusão do Mestrado, reflete uma experiência suportada numa realidade singular, adequando os comportamentos do Professor Estagiário ao Regulamento de Estágio da Faculdade de Educação Física e Desporto da Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias.
O relatório tem o seu suporte conceptual edificado sob quatro áreas de intervenção: Lecionação; Direção de Turma; Desporto Escolar e Seminários. O documento expressa as ideias, os pressupostos e as conclusões resultantes desta experiência, apresentando os problemas e dificuldades que motivaram a procura de soluções.
Este documento pretende refletir um processo, uma oportunidade de crescimento e uma consciência que se inserem naquilo que pretendo ser enquanto professor, explorando as capacidades do ser humano numa tentativa permanente de melhorar.
The Pedagogical Stage constitutes the practical realization of the activity of Physical Education teacher, being supported in the set of knowledge and acquired in the degree and in the first year of this Masters. In the context in which it develops, due to its complexity and the reality it presents, it has a critical character, based on research and discussion, fostering an intervention that is both innovative and simultaneously differentiating. This process of acquisitions is an experience that must transform the individual, transforming the individuals on whom he takes responsibility, bringing them into permanent analysis and follow-up. The preparation of the Internship Report reflects this path. At the threshold of the Master's degree, it reflects an experience supported in a singular reality, adapting the trainee's behaviors to the Internship Regulations of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport of the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies. The report has its conceptual support built up under four intervention areas: Teaching; Class Direction; School Sports and Seminars. The document expresses the ideas, assumptions and conclusions resulting from this experience, presenting the problems and difficulties that motivated the search for solutions. This document is intended to reflect a process, an opportunity for growth and an awareness that are part of what I intend to be as a teacher, exploring the capabilities of the human being in a permanent attempt to improve.
