A perceção de professores estagiários sobre situações problema no ensino da educação física

O presente estudo, teve como objetivo identificar e analisar quais as situações problema percecionadas pelo professor-estagiário na condução do ensino, durante o seu processo de formação inicial em estágio pedagógico em Educação Física.
Participaram no estudo 37 professores-estagiários (25 homens e 12 mulheres).
Assim este estudo tem por base uma metodologia qualitativa, numa primeira fase onde foi utilizada a técnica de incidentes críticos, para conhecer as dificuldades dos professores-estagiários.
Numa segunda fase, as respostas, foram submetidas análise de conteúdo, utilizando na sua categorização as dimensões do ensino Siedentop.
Para a análise dos resultados elaborámos tabelas de frequência relativa, a partir das quais estudámos as diferenças e semelhanças entre as perceções.
Mais de metade dos inquiridos (51%) afirmou que as suas dificuldades têm origem na dimensão disciplina, apontando ainda razões de origem da instrução (22%), da gestão (16%) e por fim, adaptação a situações improváveis (11%).
The following study was conducted in order to identify and analyse which problematic situations were encountered by the intern teacher while lecturing, during his initial pedagogic internship formation in Physical Education. 37 trainee teachers (n=men and n=Women) partook in this study. Therefore, this study is based in a qualitative methodology where in a first stage the critical incidents technique was used, to identify the difficulties of the trainee teachers. In a second stage, the answers were submitted to a content analysis, using the dimensions of the Siedentop sport education for their categorization. We used relative frequency charts to analyse the results, from which we studied the differences and similarities between perceptions. More than half of the respondents (51%) stated that their difficulty came from the discipline dimension, from which (22%) pointed to the origin of the instruction , of the management (16%) and at last to the adaptation to improbable situations.
