Resumo
Este documento retrata todo o percurso de estágio pedagógico realizado no Colégio Valsassina, no ano letivo 2021/2022, com o propósito da obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ensino da Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário. O documento está dividido em 4 áreas de prática pedagógica, que seguem o modelo de planeamento por etapas: Lecionação e Direção de Turma (9ºB), Desporto Escolar e Seminário. Foi aplicado em cada área um projeto específico estruturado por tema, objetivo, processo e avaliação. Na Lecionação, foi desenvolvido um projeto anual e específico ao longo do ano letivo. Este projeto baseou-se na utilização do torneio-escada condicionado por divisões no basquetebol como estratégia de lecionação. Os objetivos foram criar competitividade ajustada ao nível do aluno, trabalhar com a turma as caraterísticas do jogo onde havia mais dificuldade, selecionar grupos com as mesmas dificuldades e criar grupos heterogéneos para que existisse entreajuda dos pares. Foram realizados dois torneios diferentes alterando as divisões, objetivos e regras. A avaliação efetuada foi a comparação entre a avaliação inicial e final de ano letivo. Na Direção de Turma, para além do trabalho desenvolvido ao longo do ano na disciplina de Cidadania e Desenvolvimento e na Coordenação de Turma, foi desenvolvido um projeto específico no âmbito do trabalho cooperativo trabalhando o tema de saúde mental. Este projeto teve como objetivos aumentar e fomentar o trabalho cooperativo e desenvolver o tema Saúde Mental. No Desporto Escolar, o projeto específico foi entender a importância da aptidão física no desporto escolar como complemento ao treino técnico-tático. O objetivo principal foi melhorar a capacidade física dos jogadores direcionada para o Voleibol e assim complementar o treino desta modalidade com a parte da aptidão física específica das exigências físicas do Voleibol. Uma das metodologias utilizadas foi o treino de integração neuromuscular. No Seminário, foi trabalhado a implementação da Orientação no currículo de Educação Física do Colégio Valsassina. Foi criado material didático para o grupo de Educação Física poder utilizar e realizadas propostas de aplicação. Houve adesão dos professores e aprovação do projeto para o ano seguinte.
This document portrays the entire course of the pedagogical internship at Colégio Valsassina, in the academic year 2021/2022, to obtain a master’s degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education. The document is divided into four areas of pedagogical practice, all following the planning model in stages: Teaching and Class Management carried out with the same class and School Sports and Seminar. A specific project structured by theme, objective, process, and evaluation was applied to each area. In Teaching, I also developed a particular project in addition to the work produced in the annual project throughout the school year. This project was based on using the division-conditioned ladder tournament in basketball as a teaching method. This project was based on the use of the ladder tournament, conditioned by divisions in basketball, as a teaching strategy. The objectives were to create competitiveness adjusted to the students' level, working with the students on the game's characteristics where there was more difficulty, selecting groups with the same challenges and pairing them into heterogeneous groups so that peers could help each other. The evaluation method was to compare the initial and final evaluations of the school year. In the Class Management, in addition to the work developed throughout the year in the Citizenship and Development discipline and Class Coordination, a specific project was developed within the scope of cooperative work, developing the theme of Mental Health. This project aims to increase and encourage collaborative work and create a topic on Mental Health. In School Sports, the specific project was to understand the importance of physical fitness in complementing technical-tactical training. The main objective was to improve the physical capacity of players in volleyball and thus complement volleyball training with physical fitness training. One of the methodologies used was neuromuscular integration training. Finally, at the Seminar, the implementation of Orienteering in the Physical Education curriculum of Colégio Valsassina was worked on. Didactic material was created for the Physical Education group, and application proposals were made. There was adhesion of teachers and approval of the project for the following year.
