This report summarizes the activities, interventions, assessments, evaluations, and reflections developed throughout the Pedagogical Internship in Physical Education, with sustainability and the adoption of inclusive educational practices as its guiding principle. In the area of teaching, significant progress was made in content mastery across the various subjects covered throughout the year and in improving the physical fitness of a large portion of the class. This resulted from students’ integration into the teaching–learning process, the constant adjustment of objectives, and the implementation of the Plogging project as a sustainable means of improving students’ physical fitness. This project not only increased students’ physical fitness levels but also raised their awareness of pollution levels on school grounds, thus promoting sustainable initiatives at the school. In the Class Department, inclusion was always a key consideration, and therefore, several projects were conducted around this topic. The relevance of the interdisciplinary project “Circular sobre Rodas” contributed to sustainable practices within the school community, integrating various disciplines, such as Citizenship Education, Visual Education, and Physical Education, and involving the 8th grade and 1st cycle classes. In School Sports, several work groups were coordinated, most notably the Junior B team group, where plyometric training was introduced to leverage students’ physical capabilities. Working with the various levels provided greater enrichment in the sport, allowing knowledge to be transferred to the teaching field through the adoption of more effective strategies and, consequently, achieving better results for the students. Furthermore, significant progress was made across the various groups. Finally, in the Seminar area, the approach to Athletics was deepened, thus making it more comprehensive. To achieve this, it was necessary to adapt the teaching conditions for the long jump and triple jump through a second PTI moment, during which a methodological proposal including numerous pedagogical progressions aimed at achieving success in performing these jumps was presented to the GEF
