Resumo
Este relatório apresenta reflexões sobre o estágio. Na Lecionação registaram-se evoluções significativas nos JDC, principalmente no Voleibol. No Badminton a turma também revelou uma boa capacidade ao longo do ano. Registou-se uma melhoria dos resultados do FIT Escola do 1º para o 2º semestre. A semana do PTI potenciou a minha capacidade de ajustar-me a diferentes contextos. Na Direção de Turma, realizámos a Saída de Campo no início do ano letivo, promovendo o espírito de grupo e um aproximar na relação entre professor e alunos. Ao longo do ano, através da associação com o Projeto "+Contigo", incidimos sobre a importância da saúde mental, tendo os alunos elaborado uma prova de orientação sobre o tema e assimilado os cuidados a ter. No Desporto Escolar, apesar das dificuldades ao nível do espaço para a prática, o grupo reduzido de alunos permitiu que se observasse uma melhoria das capacidades muito significativa, adquirindo bases para o futuro na modalidade de Ténis. O Seminário consistiu na criação de condições para a lecionação da matéria de Orientação na escola, tendo sido um problema identificado em conjunto com o grupo disciplinar de EF. Foi um ano muito enriquecedor ao nível dos meus conhecimentos e capacidades.
This report presents reflections on the internship experience. Considerable progress was observed in collective sports games (JDC), particularly in Volleyball. In Badminton, the class also demonstrated a robust performance throughout the year. An improvement in the FIT School results from the first to the second semester was noted. The Full-Time Teacher Week (PTI) enhanced my ability to adapt to different contexts. During the Class Head-Teaching moment, we organised a Field Trip at the beginning of the academic year, fostering team spirit and strengthening the relationship between the teacher and the students. Throughout the year, in partnership with the “+Contigo” Project, we emphasised the importance of mental health, with students creating an orientation test that incorporated the care guidelines they had learned. In School Sports, despite challenges related to the available space for practice, the small group size allowed for significant improvement in student abilities, laying a solid foundation for the future in Tennis. The Seminar involved creating conditions for teaching Orientation in the school, which was identified as an issue in collaboration with the physical education disciplinary group. This year has been highly enriching in terms of my knowledge and skills development.
