Resumo
O presente relatório apresenta uma reflexão crítica e reflexiva sobre todo o processo de estágio
pedagógico de mestrado em Educação Física 2021/2022.
No decorrer do trabalho procuro explicar as escolhas que realizei para cada uma das áreas, a
Lecionação, Direção de Turma, Desporto Escolar e Seminários.
Na Lecionação, destaco o progresso que os alunos da turma 9º D obtiveram durante o ano letivo,
quer nos Jogos Desportivos Coletivos, nomeadamente na modalidade de Voleibol quer na área
de Aptidão Física. Saliento também, a importância da realização do Projeto Específico
“Metodologia de Ensino do Atletismo por Etapas”, que me permitiu aprofundar conhecimento
na matéria e demonstrar aos colegas professores da Dom Pedro I formas de incluir o Atletismo
num planeamento por Etapas.
Relativamente à Direção de Turma, o principal destaque centra-se na criação de estratégias para
a resolução dos problemas associados a comportamentos desviantes durante as aulas de Inglês.
Participar ativamente na solução dos problemas de Direção de Turma permitiu-me aprender a
como intervir em casos de indisciplina por parte dos alunos.
No Desporto Escolar a minha intervenção foi no núcleo de Atletismo, coadjuvando o professor
Paulo Carreira, onde realço a minha aprendizagem em avaliar os erros técnicos dos
Lançamentos e dos Saltos assim como a capacidade que desenvolvi para consciencializar os
atletas à compreensão e correção dos mesmos.
Em suma, o Projeto Seminário, “Identificação dos alunos do 9º D da Dom Pedro I com estilo
de vida sedentário e consciencialização para mudança do mesmo”, permitiu-me compreender
que os alunos que precisam mais e que têm mais dificuldades, são os que participam menos,
assim como os seus Encarregados de Educação. Para proceder à consciencialização dos pais
que não vêm à escola, é necessário levar a escola aos mesmos, pelo que a realização de

This report presents a critical and reflective reflection on the entire pedagogical internship process for a Masters in Physical Education 2021/2022. During the work I try to explain the choices I made for each one of the areas, Teaching, Class Management, School Sports and Seminars. In Teaching, I highlight the progress that students in the 9th D class achieved during the school year, both in the Collective Sports Games, namely in the volleyball modality and in the area of Physical Fitness. I also emphasize the importance of carrying out the Specific Project “Athletics Teaching Methodology by Stages”, which allowed me to deepen my knowledge on the subject and demonstrate to my fellow professors at Dom Pedro I ways of including Athletics in a Staged planning. With regard to Class Management, the main focus is on creating strategies for solving problems associated with deviant behavior during English classes. Actively participating in the solution of Class Management problems allowed me to learn how to intervene in cases of indiscipline by students. In School Sports, my intervention was in the Athletics nucleus, assisting Professor Paulo Carreira, where I emphasize my learning in evaluating the technical mistakes of Launches and Jumps, as well as the ability I developed to raise awareness among athletes to understand them. In short, the Seminar Project, "Identification of students from the 9th D of Dom Pedro I with a sedentary lifestyle and awareness to change it", allowed me to understand that the students who need it most and who have more difficulties are the ones who participate less, as do their Guardians. In order to raise awareness of parents who do not come to school, it is necessary to take the school to them, which is why questionnaires at home were the chosen solution.
