Resumo
Com o presente estudo pretende-se analisar as crenças, expectativas dos pais e alunos relativamente à Actividade Física Desportiva, de forma a saber qual o objectivo e a importância que dão a esta.
Com esse objectivo constituiu-se uma amostra de 114 alunos do 4ºano de escolaridade, 52 do género feminino e 62 do género masculino, com idades compreendidas entre os 9 e os 12 anos, bem como 114 Encarregados de Educação, 79 mães, 31 pais e 4 com outro grau de parentesco, com idades compreendidas entre os 19 e os 50 anos.
Foram utilizados como instrumentos para a recolha de dados, dois tipos de questionários, um direccionado aos alunos e outro aos Encarregados de Educação, em que os respectivos dados foram tratados estatisticamente através do programa informático EZanalyze versão 3.0 para o Windows e do SPSS.
A conclusão deste estudo é que ambos os grupos de sujeitos, Encarregados de Educação e alunos têm uma atitude positiva relativamente à AFD, no qual só num aspecto analisado, posição da AFD, que não se verificou uma concordância significativa entre os dois.
With this study, we intend to analyse beliefs and expectations from parents and students regarding the school subject Physical Education, in order to know which objective and relevance they give to it. Bearing in mind this goal, we gathered a sample of 114 students from the 4th grade, 52 girls and 62 boys, with ages between 9 and 12 years old, as well as 114 tutors 79 mothers, 31 fathers and 4 other relatives, with ages between 19 and 50 years old. Two different enquiry forms were used for data gathering, one aimed at the students and the other at the tutors, in which the already mentioned data were statistically handled with the software programme EZanalyze, version 3.0 for Windows and SPSS. The conclusion of this study is that both groups, parents and pupils, have a positive attitude to AFD, which examined only in one aspect, the position of the AFD, there wasn´t a significant agreement between the two of them.
