Resumo
O estágio pedagógico consiste num longo processo de escolha de opções didáticas e pedagógicas onde há uma sistemática reflexão, análise e avaliação das decisões tomadas ao longo de um ano letivo.
O documento apresentado espelha de forma crítica muitas dessas decisões que foram tomadas nas quatro áreas de intervenção, Lecionação, Direção de Turma, Desporto Escolar e Seminário.
A Lecionação foi operada única e exclusivamente no seio da mesma turma que teve como suporte um planeamento estruturado cautelosamente a fim de diferenciar, da melhor forma possível, o ensino dos grupos de alunos, recorrendo às estratégias de ensino incluindo as demonstrações práticas.
A Direção de Turma, também centrada na mesma turma, teve como ponto alto a Saída de Campo onde os alunos beneficiaram de um conjunto de atividades multidisciplinares que contribuíram para a aprendizagem dos mesmos.
O Desporto Escolar realizado na modalidade de natação, ajudou bastante no crescimento da instituição pela aposta feita durante o ano letivo, nomeadamente no aumento quantitativo de atletas que de forma progressiva evoluíram a fim de representar a ADM nos encontros competitivos.
O Seminário foi realizado em função da realidade observada dentro da comunidade escolar, onde foram apresentadas ideias de inovação e melhoria às estratégias e métodos praticados.
Ao longo do documento são apresentadas e refletidas muitas decisões tomadas sempre com o propósito de beneficiar o processo de ensino-aprendizagem dos alunos, bem como melhorar a eficácia de toda a comunidade escolar.
The pedagogical internship consists in a long process of choosing didactic and pedagogical options where there is a systematic reflection, analysis and evaluation of the decisions taken over the course of an academic year. The document presented critically reflects many of these decisions that were made in the four areas of intervention, Teaching, Class Direction, School Sports and Seminar. The Teaching was operated exclusively within the same class that was supported by a careful planning to differentiate, in the best possible way, the teaching of the groups of students, resorting several times to practical demonstrations. The Class Direction, also centred on the same class, had as a highlight the Field Activity where students benefited from a set of multidisciplinary activities that contributed to their learning. The School Sport carried out in the swimming modality, helped a lot in the growth of the institution by the bet made during the school year, namely in the quantitative increase of athletes that progressively evolved in order to represent the ADM in the competitive meetings. The Seminar was held according to the reality observed within the school community, where ideas for innovation and improvement in the strategies and methods practiced were presented. Throughout the document, many decisions are made and reflected, always with the purpose of benefiting the student’s teaching-learning process, as well as improving the effectiveness of the entire school community.
