This report is based on the Pedagogical Internship carried out at Escola Secundária Sebastião e Silva, following a 10th-grade class and encompassing all decisions made in the role of a Physical Education teacher. It provides a summary of the work developed in four areas of intervention: Teaching, Class Coordination, School Sports, and Seminar. In the Teaching area, the main objective was the students' progress and improvement. To address deficits in students' motor skills, particularly in endurance and strength, the “Improvement of Physical Fitness” project was implemented, contributing to their physical development. The 10th-grade curriculum covered various topics, including badminton, gymnastics, volleyball, as well as football, korfball, basketball, handball, and athletics. The Class Coordination area allowed for the identification of students' main aptitudes and difficulties. It became evident that they were under significant pressure, showing great concern for grades and academic performance. To raise awareness of the importance of regular sports practice and balancing it with studies, I implemented the project “Importance of Regular Sports Practice and Study-Sport Balance.” This initiative facilitated interactions with professionals who provided strategies for maintaining a healthy equilibrium between education and sports. In the School Sports area, I supervised the Volleyball team in the Infantis Femininos (Under 13 Girls) category. Due to a lack of competitive opportunities and the reduced number of students eligible for the school’s official team, I introduced the project “Implementation of Competitions for Stimulation, Development, and Inclusion in the Physical Education Program.” A total of 31 students participated in the Infantis category and 5 in the Iniciadas category. Those eligible to compete had more opportunities, while those who could not compete still engaged in structured competitive moments. In the Seminar area, I explored the topic of Motor Skills Development and how it can be effectively implemented. This research was based on literature review, scientific articles, and semi-structured interviews with other Physical Education teachers.
