This report presents the work developed during my Pedagogical Internship in Physical Education, carried out at Escola Básica 1,2,3 do Bom Sucesso. The internship was structured into four main areas: Teaching and Learning (Teaching), School Relations (Class Management), School Participation (School Sports), and Scientific-Pedagogical Activities (Seminar). In the Teaching component, in addition to annual planning and teaching the assigned class (8th grade, class B), I implemented methodologies that fostered cooperation and active student participation, promoting both physical development and academic success. Within Class Management, I closely followed the Class Director, collaborating in various responsibilities, such as Citizenship and Knowledge Workshop lessons, supporting parent-teacher meetings, and managing daily class dynamics. Additionally, I contributed to the development of an interdisciplinary project that connected the school with the surrounding community. In School Sports, I participated in the Table Tennis club, initially assisting the teacher responsible and progressively taking on more independent roles in training sessions. This experience allowed me to adapt teaching strategies to different performance levels and contribute to students’ technical and motor development. Regarding the Seminar, the main objective was to reflect upon and propose improvements in the assessment processes of Football within the Physical Education Department, aiming to promote greater fairness and transparency. For this purpose, I used video recordings of games, selecting specific situations that served as the basis for a debate which progressed from a collective analysis of the game to the individual evaluation of each student. This culminated in the presentation of a new assessment tool to support and enrich the process. This internship proved to be a highly valuable learning experience, enabling the consolidation of pedagogical skills, deepening practice in a real school context, and reinforcing the human and reflective dimension that defines the teaching profession.
