Resumo
O presente documento apresenta os balanços e reflexões das 4 áreas. Na lecionação, a atitude dos alunos face à Educação Física foi positiva, visto que ao longo do tempo foram mostrando cada vez mais empenho e autonomia em fazer mais e melhor, sendo também que a colaboração e cooperação entre alunos melhorou desde o início. O projeto específico da lecionação foi o desenvolvimento da resistência, no qual consegui em 6 semanas, realizar durante as aulas, o método de treino intervalado de alta intensidade (HIIT) e aconselhar os alunos a desenvolverem a sua resistência fora da aula, uma vez que dois alunos da turma não estavam na zona saudável na bateria de testes de resistência do FitEscola. Relativamente ao Professor a Tempo Inteiro, o mesmo foi realizado na semana de 6 a 10 de março, no qual tinha como objetivo enriquecer o meu ensino para outras turmas, principalmente as metas estabelecidas para cada tarefa. Melhorei alguns aspetos que tinha como objetivo e aprendi novos métodos e técnicas de ensino. Relativamente ao Desporto Escolar, comecei por integrar na modalidade de ginástica acrobática, mas devido à pouca adesão dos alunos, tive de mudar para o Desporto Escolar de Voleibol. O Desporto Escolar de Voleibol tinha alunos que não cumpriam introdução no início do ano, mas ao longo dos tempos foram melhorando e progredindo, conseguindo assim cumprir o nível introdução. O projeto específico foi a aprendizagem da arbitragem do voleibol, visto ser interesse dos alunos e necessidade dos mesmos. Na Direção de Turma para além de desenvolvermos a saída de campo também trabalhamos outros temas, sendo um deles a área dos conhecimentos na Educação Física. A saída de campo realizou-se no Parque José Gomes Ferreira a 17 de maio 2023 e a mesma teve como atividades os jogos tradicionais, orientação, tiro com arco e ténis de mesa. O projeto específico da Direção de Turma foi o transtorno depressivo e a forma como os professores devem intervir e relacionar-se com este tipo de alunos. O seminário teve como tema as dificuldades de aprendizagem na ginástica, onde em conversa com os professores do departamento, percebemos os problemas e necessidades dos alunos na matéria da ginástica, disponibilizando assim um guião com progressões em função das necessidades dos alunos relativamente às ações musculares e motoras. O estágio pedagógico em Educação Física foi uma experiência fundamental para consolidar os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos, permitindo-me desenvolver competências pedagógicas essenciais para a minha prática de docência.
This document presents the balances and reflections of the 4 areas. During teaching, the students' behavior concerning Physical Education was positive, since that along the passage of time they were showing more and more commitment and autonomy in doing more and better, also that the collaboration and cooperation between students got better than it was in the beginning. The specific teaching project was the development of their endurance, in which I managed to carry out the high- intensity interval training (HIIT) method during classes in 6 weeks and advise students to develop their endurance outside the class, since two students in the class were not in the healthy zone in FitEscola's battery of endurance tests. Regarding the Full-Time Teacher, it was executed in the week of March 6th to 10th, with the aim of enriching my teaching for other classes, especially the goals established for each task. I improved some aspects that I had as a goal and learned new teaching methods and techniques. Regarding School Sports, I started by integrating the acrobatic gymnastics modality, but due to low student participation, I had to change to the Volleyball School Sports. The Volleyball School Sports had students who did not meet the introduction level at the beginning, but over time they improved and progressed, thus managing to meet the introduction level. The specific project was learning how to referee volleyball, as it was the students' interest and need. In Class Management, in addition to developing the field trip, we also worked on other topics, one of which is the area of knowledge in Physical Education. The field trip took place at Parque José Gomes Ferreira on May 17th, 2023 and its activities included traditional games, orienteering, archery and table tennis. The Class Management's specific project is depressive disorder and the way in which teachers should intervene and relate to this type of students. The theme of the seminar was learning difficulties in gymnastics, where in conversation with the department's teachers, we understood the problems and needs of students in gymnastics, thus providing a script with progressions based on the students' needs regarding muscular actions and motors. The teaching internship in Physical Education was a fundamental experience for consolidating the theoretical knowledge I had acquired, allowing me to develop essential pedagogical skills for my teaching practice.
